This apartment has everything you would want on the inside, I would be hard pressed to find anything I did not need. With that being said, I think it is only fair to say that getting to the apt, and parking at the apt is not as desirable. I drive an MDX and in order to fit into the parking space provided I could no longer open any door other than driver, with not more than 3 inch clearance on the passenger side. This is not suitable for anything other than a compact car. In addition, CO had a sloppy spring, and the alley (the only way to get to the apt) was a mud pit in all directions. You could not get out of your car or walk to the apt without encountering mud.
I will add that once I contacted management they were quick to work out a resolution, and I am very happy with the resolution, but felt it was necessary to let other travelers know, the parking spot is only suitable for a compact car. My overall experience with the apt is a 5 - getting to the apt with the mud and not being able to unpack my car was obviously problematic, and would rate a 2. It is my hope that the management put into the listing that if you have a larger car you will have to park on the street, and in bad weather, the ally may contain mud.
