Great location, clean and comfortable lodgings
We stayed at the property while on a house-hunting trip in the area. It was walkable to multiple great places to eat/drink--from more upscale restaurants, to more casual eateries, take-out spots, and pubs, to a great place for coffee/tea/cocoa and pastries. It also had easy access to one of Lafayette's open spaces where we took long walks (~5 miles) every day with great views of the mountains. If we hadn't bought a house, we would stay there again. Instead, we will recommend it when friends come to visit because we bought a very small place!

Fabulous location!
We loved staying in this delightfully clean and well-appointed apartment located right in old town Lafayette. We loved being able to walk to shops and coffee houses, and being able to return to our comfortable "home" away from home.

Staycation
The property was wonderful! My partner and I were doing a staycation while going out into the mountains to do some landscape photography and this property was in the perfect spot. And the town was wonderful as well! We hope to stay here again:)

Fantastic Space!
My husband and I stayed for five night. Everything about the space was absolutely perfect for us. The space was very clean and conveniently located. We really enjoyed walking through the neighborhood and visiting the shops and restaurants nearby. We highly recommend the host as well as the space and look forward to re-booking in the future.

Nice stay
Looking for a nice convenient place to stay in Lafayette this is a good choice. Enjoyed walking to restaurants and shopping. The carriage house is clean and we had everything we needed for our extended stay. The stream shower was a wonderful addition.

Relaxing Getaway
Return-guest of this property and enjoyed another quiet, relaxing getaway. The apartment is very comfortable with many amenities. We love being able to walk to Lafayette shops and restaurants from the apartment and enjoy Boulder-area attractions, all within a short drive. A real gem!

Perfect for a couple's getaway
I was thoroughly impressed with this property. The house was amazingly clean and had some very nice amenities. It's modern and cozy. It's in a cute little neighborhood with plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Highly recommended. I'd definitely come back.

Wonderful Downtown Retreat

Easy access, quiet, very clean/new, within easy walk to 5 or 6 restaurants, easy parking. Only negative is the dirt alley it is sited on and it's rutted and tough walk if wet.

A Great Find in Lafayette!
This is a beautiful apartment with many thoughtful amenities. The layout and vaulted ceiling provide a spacious feeling, and ample windows brighten the space. The large, well equipped kitchen was perfect for preparing meals or enjoying our morning coffee and evening wine. The location of the apartment allows easy walking around the town of Lafayette, and is close to Boulder and Denver. I look forward to returning to this great apartment!

Cozy Apartment
We loved this suite/apt. Exactly as in the pictures. Kitchen was so nice and the bathroom even had a steam shower which we loved. There was enough room for my daughter and teenage granddaughters to pop by for a pizza night and a game of Clue. Our only negative was that the driveway wasn’t shoveled out for us and upon arriving had to shovel the heavy snow so we could park our car in the small space. We will probably come back in the future.

This was a perfect spot for my husband and I to visit our daughter who is at CU Boulder.
We loved our stay! The property is just like the pictures. Top-notch location and accommodations! Evie, the property manager, was very accommodating for our needs. She was readily available whenever we messaged her. We will be back that’s for sure!

Lovely Lafayette
This property is absolutely beautiful, and well taken cared of. The accessibility of walking to nearby restaurants and shops was amazing. It is a great place for a couple to relax and enjoy the town of Lafayette and all the surrounding towns. The alley property was in no way an inconvenience for us. If you’re in town for a wedding in Boulder like we were, or just wanting to relax and have some coffee. It is the perfect place to book. We absolutely enjoyed our time and stay!

Everything we needed! Great place!
We were in town for a friends 50th birthday party so I rented this place to be close to our friends. It had everything we needed! It was very clean, just as described, walking distance to restaurants, everything we need it without extra clutter or tacky decorations (like so many rentals have). We would definitely go back

Adorable apartment with reservations?
This apartment has everything you would want on the inside, I would be hard pressed to find anything I did not need. With that being said, I think it is only fair to say that getting to the apt, and parking at the apt is not as desirable. I drive an MDX and in order to fit into the parking space provided I could no longer open any door other than driver, with not more than 3 inch clearance on the passenger side. This is not suitable for anything other than a compact car. In addition, CO had a sloppy spring, and the alley (the only way to get to the apt) was a mud pit in all directions. You could not get out of your car or walk to the apt without encountering mud. I will add that once I contacted management they were quick to work out a resolution, and I am very happy with the resolution, but felt it was necessary to let other travelers know, the parking spot is only suitable for a compact car. My overall experience with the apt is a 5 - getting to the apt with the mud and not being able to unpack my car was obviously problematic, and would rate a 2. It is my hope that the management put into the listing that if you have a larger car you will have to park on the street, and in bad weather, the ally may contain mud.

Beautiful Apartment!
This was the perfect place for us. So impressed that it was new and so bright. It was so helpful that there was a small supply of everything you would need. We will definitely be back again. It was so nice to be able to walk to nearby restaurants and shops. The only minor downside was the location on a dirt alley.
