We asked for additional towels and had to go back and forth with him before he finally agreed to bring 3 more washcloths the following day. "I cannot stress enough the overall experience that came with staying at this property. We were met at the gate with chilled towels, which are so nice to help cool down from the heat of Belize. They helped us get our luggage to our room. The rooms were beautiful! Bottled water in our room and then other snacks and beverages for purchase in the fridge. We were not able to get our phones to work to order food in, and the manager was more than happy to help us place our order. We did not go in...
