"LF Guesthouse had everything that we needed to make our stay in Nanaimo memorable. The house was sparkling clean. We loved the location as it was a 12 min walk to Long Lake where we explored one evening. The backyard was very spacious but we spent most of our time there inside. We used the laundry as we had been travelling for a week and half when we arrived. It worked great. "We had an amazing weekend stay celebrating 50th birthdays. The kitchen was very well equipped and the entire house was well appointed. The pool was refreshing and all the lights throughout the outside area at night we beautiful. Highly recommend this property. "

"Upon checking into this property it became very apparent by the smell that this property had regular pets staying here. The listing did say pet friendly, but by no means did I think it was going to be this bad. One room and a closet smelled like pee. There were several dog beds throughout. The tenant downstairs did indicate the owner stayed there with his dog and when it was rented the tenant would dog sit in the basement suite. the shower upstairs was broken, the fire place wasn’t fully...
