Long Weekend Stay

Not my most comfortable experience. I didn't like booking through VRBO with a realty agency (or whatever they were), not very personable, canned emails, etc.The listing stated a 2 stall garage, you couldn't even fit one car through the garage door, maybe a golf cart. The internet information provided in the check in email wasn't correct. I text the contact number left on the board for Georgia, no response. I text the other number left, also no response. I call the number for Georgia, she answered, I asked if it was her and it was. Told her my issue and she abruptly passed me on to another girl who did help me. I had to buy batteries for 2 of the remotes, a new light bulb for the light under the microwave. I asked if there was a tv provider or just the apps I have myself. Was told just the apps I have myself. Tried to add an app and it needed the ROKU pin. They didn't know it. The owner called me, who was very nice, but he also didn't know it and tried to find out what it was but was unable to.I prefer doors with the keypad so I don't have to worry about keys and losing them. Also a garage with a remote so I can drive in and shut the door behind me as I travel alot by myself. So having no garage and having to use keys to get in was a little unnerving by myself but everything worked out. The house was fine for what I needed. Some extra batteries and a couple screwdrivers would have been helpful. I prefer dealing with the owners of their properties. They care more.

Villages cottage

A wonderful place to stay. 2 bed 2 bath, large tv, and everything you would likely stock in your own home.Directions were easy to follow, and instructions were easy to follow concerning the home property.

very relaxing

It was what we needed. clean , fantastic Tvs in each room and we got to rest. I work all the time in a very stressful job working for a meal site for our elderly. love the job but sometimes the stress is overwhelming. so this was my break to take a few days and unwind..LOL the place was great. Very pleased.

The house is beautiful, clean and nicely decorated. Plenty of room for our family to lounge and relax. I would definitely go back next time we go to Florida.

Delightful property, great location

Great location, easy check in, good communications. Very clean, welcoming, great attention to details. I do have 3 suggestions: 1. Paperwork gave incorrect information on WiFi but there were correct instructions in the house. 2. Lots of small rugs that skid easily. We are seniors and had to be careful; especially getting out of the shower. 3. Pillow top on the mattresses were too soft for me, but that might be a "me problem" since I prefer a firmer surface. Owners very responsive. The house indicates that there the owners are caring, welcoming people. Would definitely recommend and would love to return to this property.

Excellent rental/home. Clean, accessible and friendly host, close to Spanish Springs Town Square- in other words we had an enjoyable and refreshing stay. Host was readily accessible and offered ideas to enhance our stay. Highly recommend a stay here in the original square area.

Peaceful oasis

Thoughtfully furnished, well supplied, everything you need to feel right at home. Lots of space for relaxing and unwinding. No matter what the temperature is, there's a place to sit and enjoy the peace. We will book again when we return. Love this place!

We were extremely pleased with this property. Very clean and comfortable for the short time we were there. Enjoyed the amenities such as coffee, detergent and bath products. Owner did a fabulous job with the updates to the property.

Villages stay

We stayed to visit the grandparent. The house was in perfect condition, the check in process was seamless, Overall a great experience with the house and process. Hope they keep it to short term rentals so we can get it again next year!
