Absolutely beautiful home. Very quiet neighborhood. Close to everything. The host was very nice and accommodating. We highly recommend Blue Fin for dinner located in Brownwood Paddock Square.

Great house. Nice location near Lake Sumtner. The golf cart was nice addition. The house had everything we needed. We would definitely rent here again. Was just me and the wife, but could handle larger family easier, we didn't even use 2 rooms.

GREAT Village visit

The house fit our needs perfectly. It was very clean, in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The TV's were nice with many viewing options. It was close to Spanish Springs and Lake Sumter Landing town squares making it easy to get around. Definitely would recommend.

Very nice stay. Home is a bit dated but clean and comfortable. Equal distance between Lake Sumpter and Spanish Springs.

Disappointing--not as advertised

The description and pictures of this property are not accurate. Both retractable awnings had holes and are not usable. The repairman could not fix them. The first 2 full-length sets of cabinets have large locks on all 4 doors (not welcoming). The living room tables are nice, however, the side chair is broken and dirty, and the couches are very "used." Several of the dining room chairs were also stained. The 2 sets of sliding door vertical blinds were a mess (holes, not all there, wouldn't work). The owner had some of the blinds replaced, but the mechanism to open and close them was broken on both. We had to clean indoors and out when we arrived. I cleaned the kitchen and bathroom floors and washed all the rugs. My husband swept and weeded outside. We didn't clean dirty vents or front screen door but both were very bad. One mattress had 2 stains (no mattress cover), and the king bed had a mattress cover with 2 large stains. The queen mattress had 2 large lumps making it very uncomfortable.Paying for 2 extra people with only one chest of drawers seems unreasonable. The owner responded to problems, however, not all were fixable while we were there.The owner replaced the outdoor chairs while we were there and provided a mattress cover for the queen bed.Last, but not least. we found a cockroach and several other bugs inside. We have not ever had one during our Florida rentals. We were embarrassed by this rental. We had invited good friends to stay with us.

Property/house was good, very clean, really well stocked with cooking utensils, spices, a Kuerig, etc. Very roomy and excellent TV’s, washer/dryer’s etc. Golf cart worked great. Only items we would have liked is a BBQ and better outdoor seating/table. Nice outdoor area but nothing done with it.

Nice place Great Location

Very convenient location, about half-way between Spanish Springs and Fort Sumpter Landing. Easy golf cart ride to all activities. Property very clean and exactly as described. Definitely would stay there again.

Good location

We picked this rental because of its location halfway between the Spanish Springs and the Landing. Less than 2 miles to both eight minutes by golf cart. Everything thing was good and we had no issues.

Great place and location!

Wanted to see if the Villages might be a retirement place we would like. The house was in a great location between Lake Sumter Landing and Spanish Springs square. The golf cart to use was awesome! The host responded very quickly to any questions and called us when someone turned in our friend’s drivers license she must have dropped. I would stay there again!’

Overall

The house was very nice. Beds were soooo comfy and loved the pillows to the point when I got home I both some myself. My only ‘complaint’, the bathrooms still had hair in the shower and the corners of the floor. Also, it would have been help to have a map for the golf cart and how to navigate around. Other than that we would definitely stay there again. Thank yoh
