Happy with our stay

Great communication from the manager when we had an issue. Fixed promptly. Comfortable beds/pillows. Clean, had everything we needed, loved the location & driving around the golf cart.

Would rent again!

Excellent location and living space for our 2 week visit to the area. Clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the convenience to spanish springs and the pools. Would definitely rent again!

Best place ever

We have stayed at several places in the Villages. We always like to stay close to family and this place was perfect! Really the best one we've found so far. We will definitely seek this one out first before we book again.

Great location

property is in a great location neighborhood is quiet and nice Home was clean a bit dated but comfortable King bed was comfortable . The only thing is that usually there is coffee , creamer and sugar in most properties , but this one didn’t have any. No big deal though since we had to stock up for our stay . However usually having some coffee is a nice touch .

First Visit ti the Villages

The property and location were great. Close to Spanish Springs and Sumter Landing. Nice neighborhood for walking, close to groceries and pharmacy. Great restaurants and music. Would be helpful to have instructions on how to access local TV channels for the area, and also instructions on using the golf cart.

Better than a hotel but a little bit of a drive.

Visiting our grand children in Tavares on this trip and hotels were full. Property was very clean and well equipped. Pictures were accurate. Only a couple of reasons for 4 star rating…..1. Only master bath had a single roll of toilet paper and extra bath had none on arrival. Fortunately, only a 1 mile trip to Publix or Winn Dixie. Also did not have soap in either bath. 2. TV can be difficult if you’re not up on streaming. We figured it out but it took a minute. Some instructions would have proven helpful. Despite the minor hiccups, we loved the property and would likely rent again.

Very nice home in great location. Property was as shown in pictures. Very clean and comfortable. Close to Spanish Springs and Chula Vista Recreation Center is right down the road-good open pickleball in the mornings! Deeana was very responsive and helpful. Would rent again-highly recommend.

Perfect Homebase for Holiday Weekend

This was the perfect location for our family while visiting Grandparents over the Holiday weekend. Photos and descriptions were accurate. Enough space for everyone…it’s not brand new…but it’s nicely updated and well maintained. Check in was a breeze. The only downside was the confusion of receiving multiple emails from different property managers. I emailed two of them to ask for clarification on the check-in time (times differed from e-mail to email) and never got a response. If we can’t stay with family this will definitely be an option for us.
