Just as shown in photos, very clean and well supplied. Only suggestion is more comfortable seating furniture so you can enjoy the screened porch,

Wonderful Experience

We enjoyed our stay, location is terrific, house was perfect for us. Bob was very responsive to all of our questions and needs as well, the property manager, Mary Beth is so caring and could not have been more accommodating. We will be renting again! Thank you for sharing your home.

Great property! Will definitely be back!

Spent spring break here with my 17 year old son to visit family and see what The Villages has to offer me in retirement. This property is extremely clean and in a great location. It is near Lake Sumter, Spanish Springs, recreation centers and pools. Even saw a coyote close up in the field on the back. Having priority guest passes was a huge bonus. We loved not being excluded from any facility. The property manager, Mary Beth was great and responded promptly to any questions we had. I would definitely book this property again!

Girls week

We really enjoyed our stay at the house. It was very clean. It was a great location to Spanish Springs and sumpter landing. We didn’t use the golf cart but it was nice that it was available. The one bedroom mattress makes a horrible creaking noise when you move that is annoying. Other than that e really had a great time!

Very nice!

This property was exactly what we needed to escape the harsh winter of Michigan. Nice home with plenty of room to relax after enjoying our days at the Villages pools and evenings at the Village Squares. Quiet and private off the back of the house from the lanai. A bit too much traffic on the street in front of the house for our liking. This made it difficult to nearly impossible to walk our dog along the road. Over all a pretty nice place to rest and vacation.

Perfect location near Spanish Springs

we were in the villages for two weeks looking for a new home and we enjoyed staying in this rental the owl/turtle sanctuary is directly behind it we enjoyed many afternoons watching the turtles wish we had binoculars with us. The rental was ready and immaculate when we arrived no issues with rental during our stay, property manager and owner were a pleasure to speak to and eager to make our stay A happy one, only thing that I would suggest is updating the living room furniture. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this rental to family and friends.

First time visiting The Villages

Can’t say enough about staying in the Villages it’s an experience and so fun! We rented at the last minute and only 2 homes were available. The rental was a great location, the use of the golf cart was part of the experience and worked great. The home is dated and tired. Old sheets, old towels and the furnishings needed refreshing etc. The rental manager was very helpful getting us in the home (the garage door button didn’t work) and getting us connected with the activities in the area.

The renting experience was wonderful from the time I rented on-line until the time I left the rental. The home was clean and ready for us. Mary Beth did an excellent job answering questions and making sure we had everything we needed. We ask to extend our stay and property owner was kind enough to do that. Would definitely rent again!! It worked

Under the most difficult of circumstances we stayed here. It was available and booked 2 days prior. If you are looking for a place to stay with history and feels like that favorite sweatshirt of yours this is the place. The view in the backyard is so peaceful.

Very peaceful, beautiful view, convenient to Spanish Springs and beautiful walking paths. Soft goods ready for replacement. Also set of pots and pans needed. Otherwise, no complaints.

Convenient Location and Clean

My husband and I enjoyed our stay along with our dog. As previously reviewed, to be a smaller house, it feels spacious. It was also clean and tidy. It has a great location, central to all that the villages has to offer. Very quiet and safe area. There are a few upgrades/updates that could be made to elevate the experience such as new towels and sheets/bedding. But regardless, we were happy with this rental and had a lovely time! Would recommend!

Week stay near Spanish Springs

Place was clean and (being a 2 bedroom) quite spacious. Property manager was GREAT and very responsive. Would recommend to anyone.
