"The place was clean, but it was nothing like it was described. The property manager claimed that there was 3 beds and a sleeping sofa when there was only two beds and a very uncomfortable futon. Two of us had to share a bed which was extremely uncomfortable and unplanned. AC was locked and you could not adjust to your liking instead the manager would control it from his phone which is extremely constricting and inconvenient. "Great stay. I'm from the area but had friends visiting from out of town. This was a great location only a quick walk to Michigan Avenue and 15 minutes from the loop. The apartment was spacious, and I appreciated having disney plus/netflix signed into the TV. The check-in and check-out was really easy with an accompanying video and easy lockbox location.
