"It's hard get all this for this price. It's not that quiet like other reviews said unless you get up early in the morning. Heating works perfect, it is a bit warmer on the top floor and cooler in the kitchen but nothing to worry about. Parking on the front, walking distance to the grocery stores. 5 stars from me and will come back again."

"We stayed for 9 nights in July 2025 with 4 people and 3 dogs. The home was perfect for us: clean, well-appointed, well-located close to the city, all-one-floor (one of us is handicapped), plenty of parking (even for additional visitors), and a large fenced-in yard. The beds were big and comfortable, plenty of room throughout, plenty of towels, washcloths, etc. The neighborhood is nice, we walked our dogs every day and felt very safe. The property itself was excellent, tucked away from the main road yet within walking distance of several restaurants, shops, and a supermarket. "Really beautiful and safe neighborhood just 3 mins from the train station. Access to the city was really easy!Beds were very comfortable, the only thing I'd flag is the steep stairs may be difficult for elderly or people with mobility challenges. Other than that it's great spot for all. "

"Was perfect location to get to and from downtown Chicago, just 30 min with Lyft/Uber. Our 2 dogs did great and had a fenced backyard for them to run. Garage was nice to put our vehicle in. "

"A really nice house, clean and well kept. Neighborhood is older but nice and quiet. Close to highway and lots of restaurants. The owner was very responsive and great to work with. I plan on using this VRBO again in future. Backyard was fenced in and I might bring my pets next time. "
