"The place was great! It's stocked with the basics, bed and couch are comfy, and everything is clean. There were only a handful of times when I heard the upstairs neighbor, but nothing too crazy. The neighborhood itself is very cute and quiet, with good food and stores within walking distance. Street parking was easy. Thank you! "

"Older property. Landlord special in the bathroom. Definitely needs better window coverings. Otherwise, comfortable, safe, and clean. "

"It was nice and spacious we all had own separate rooms. Comfortable and clean"

"It was a beautiful place. Lots of shared space for our two couples. Two full bedroom suites with separate bathrooms. There was garbage by the inside door when we arrived, but all else was clean and comfortable. It was a VERY humid & hot weekend, and the window a/cs just couldn't keep up, but nighttime was mostly pleasant. The owner was easy to communicate with and very fast to respond."

"The apartment is in an old building, but everything was clean. It is a lovely, quiet, tree-lined street. There were many options nearby for food. Our host was great about answering our questions quickly. "

"The host was available and helpful at check-in. The 2 bedroom apartment was clean and well stocked. We felt safe and at home. We slept well. We did not notice any street noise at night. We had more than we epected and everything we needed.It might be helpful to color code the keys with nail polish or something. The three locks to get into the unit felt like a struggle because we needed a quick turn around time between events. Otherwise, it was a great stay!!"

"The location of property was great.! Door to apt was a little complicated figuring out without key after entering code the first time .building is old you can tell with how the floors creek when you walk . Was a lot of damage inside the bathroom on Ceilings and wall like a bad water leak happened and a hole in bedroom like someone punched the wall next to the bed. The hot water did not seem to work well at all and took 20 mins just to heat up … it could use a touch up for sure and some tlc .....

"DO NOT STAY - BEDBUGS IN THE APARTMENT. We booked for 4 nights and only stayed for 2 because there were bedbugs in the bed and we were bitten during our stay. Beware - since this is a third party property VRBO will not give you a refund. When asked about the bedbug traps they said they have never had issues, but then changed the story to say bedbugs are expected. We only saw dead ones but had bites after the 2 day stay! This was over a month ago and have not had any resolution - host will just...

"The property evidently allows only cats while being listed as pet friendly. Because it was a last minute trip, I was unable to get a refund and find a place that would allow my dog, causing a fairly large logistics issue for me"
