Location and amenities were wonderful. Everyone working the property were friendly and helpful. Great house close to all Weirs Beach area has to offer. Only a 5 minute walk to the main strip!

The property was beautful. Everything you would need for your trip. The view of the lake was spectacular. We went down to the beach , used the paddle boards, and the hot tub. Its definitely a 5 star rental. The hosts answered any questions I had when we were There.

Great location!

This is a beautiful townhome with amazing views and amenities. The property manager was very easy to work with. I highly recommend this home.

The location by the marina was very good. It was nice having access to the pool and beach. The views from the house and back porch were beautiful. Be aware that you have to provide your own bed sheets, blankets and pillows. We were driving, so we could haul it for all of our family. I’m not sure what we would have done if we were flying in.

Clean, Comfortable and great views

Only a weekend stay but we enjoyed the pool, restaurant and bar. Walking distance to Weirs. House had plenty of space for our family of 8 adults and the projection tv was an added bonus for the Celtics playoff game!

Great location and amenities

Location can’t be beat and having access to the yacht club and it’s amenities was great. Entire family enjoyed our stay. Only negative side is the property was definitely showing signs of rental wear and tear and we felt like the cleaning service that had come before we checked in did not do the best job.

Girls’ Weekend

Such a wonderful stay for a girls’ weekend! The property was more than we expected. Beautiful views and a prime location to restaurants and shops. We had a such a great time. It was so homey and cozy. The porch looks out to Lake Winni and we watched the sunset and rise. The hosts were great and so easy to communicate with. Would 100% recommend!! Hoping to stay here again in the future :)

Awesome Setup for the Family

My wife and I rented this place for a week in July with our 4 and 6 year olds and it did not disappoint. We had plenty of room even when we had the grand parents up for a couple of nights. The location is ideal with beach access, the pool/hot tub, and the surprisingly good bar/restaurant all within a few steps. Not to mention all of the other great Winnipesaukee activities within a very short drive. I highly recommend checking this place out if you are traveling with little ones.

Great location, comfortable home. Movie room was impressive. Owner was quick to respond to a small issue with gas grill. However, the place was far from immaculate. Sink faucets sprayed a bit, disposal did not work, kitchen sink drained very slowly and this was the first time I had seen a rental like this that did not have an info booklet re check out procedures, trash pick up and recommended area attractions etc.

Excellent stay!

We just got home from a wonderful stay at Akwa Marina. The townhouse was very clean and well equipped with beautiful views of the lake and a short walk to the yacht club. We took advantage of the pool, hot tub, guest dock, restaurant and bar. It was a fun, family friendly atmosphere. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Also, our kids were able to walk to Weirs beach to play at the arcades and explore the shops. We will be back.

Lots of Lakeside Fun

Our family of 6 adults and 2 kids had a great week at the Red House. The property had lots of room, and the kids playroom off the kitchen was a hit. The view was spectacular, and the Akwa Marina amenities were great. The pool, bounce house, corn hole, and poolside staff were awesome. Walking distance to Weird was a definite plus. Would definitely love to stay again. The owners were responsive and couldn't be any nicer.

Wedding Gathering

We stayed for three nights and the home is in a beautiful spot close to the water and weirs beach within walking distance. We knew in advance we would have to bring pillows sheets towels blankets but it would have been much easier if that wasn’t a thing! :)

Wonderful Stay!

Thank you Kurt for allowing us to rent your beautiful Townhouse. We had a fantastic stay. It was a perfect getaway. I only wish it was summer so we could have enjoyed the Marina amenities. We'll just need to book again :) You could not ask for better mountain/lake views. Absolutely stunning watching the moon rise. The location to Weirs Beach and Fun Stop are perfect. Our kids loved the movie theater as well on the third floor. This property does not disappoint. Thanks again!

Perfect Weekend!

We stayed in this property Thursday- Sunday. The house is amazing and you can't beat the location. Restaurant and bars within walking distance. We had 9 girls for a girls weekend. We all slept comfortably. The house is spacious and it is right on the water, the view is perfect. The owner, Kurt, was super flexible with check-in and check out. He gave me his cell number and the few questions I had he answered right away. We are already planning our trip back next year. Highly recommend!

Beautiful Views & Great Location

The Townhouse is very pretty, newly renovated, and spacious. The views of the lake and sunsets through the large windows overlooking and deck overlooking the lake are beautiful. Very conveniently located to Weirs Beach and restaurants. The pool, hot tub and beach areas also very nice and a quick walk. My only negative is that no linens are provided at all. No dishtowels, bathroom towels, face cloths, sheets, blankets, etc. It is a lot to pack, and I have never had to bring all of my own linens, towels, dish/hand towels, sheets, comforters, etc. to a VRBO. Not a deal breaker but just not my typical experience with a VRBO. I would definitely stay again as it is a beautiful property and excellent amenities.

Pre-Laconia Bike Week Buddy Motorcycle Vaca

3 of my buddies and I do an annual motorcycle trip and we chose Laconia this year! Was great to spend time in this cool town. Kurt and Sarah have a very nice set of homes there with incredible views of the lake and the mountains. The home was very nice and Kurt was an awesome host. We had a couple of small needs while we were there and Kurt was always available and attentive. This is an incredible location if you’re attending bike week…..literally a 2 block walk from the heart of downtime. Our last day there was yesterday for the kickoff to this years rally…..and it was a blast. Thanks Kurt and Sarah…..we throughly enjoyed ourselves!

OMG---stunning! Host (Kurt) was super helpful. Before our arrival I reached out and Kurt quickly responded with answers to some questions about mooring a boat at the marina. Once we arrived, Kurt called me and walked me through the intricacies of the TV remote---saving me the effort of trying to figure it out. The place was immaculate, and all my family was very comfortable. The projector TV on the 3rd floor was a big hit when the NHL season kicked off while we were there. Who knew you'd need A/C in October in NH? But thankfully it worked perfectly--as did the heat once the front moved through. We were there at the tail end of the season, but we all used the pool and the hot tub. Access to Wiers Beach couldn't have been easier (very short walk), and just far enough away to be quiet. The picture on the VRBO website tell the tale---beautiful place with gorgeous views, close to all the things you want to do in the area.

My family of 7, four adults and three kids, had a great stay at this property. Views from the deck and from most rooms were stunning. I looked forward to having my coffee out there every morning. The amenities at the marina really made this a unique stay. The kids had a blast in the pool and at the beach and having a restaurant and bar right there really made our stay feel like a vacation. We walked down to the arcade twice and also up to the Kellerhaus for ice cream. Very centrally located with amazing views. Property itself was as described and photos are accurate. There are some definite signs of rental wear and tear and the property could benefit from a deeper cleaning than what the weekly cleaning company is doing but that didn’t detract from our stay. Kurt was incredibly responsive to every question. Overall we would recommend. Bonus points for the little kids play room as well. My little ones loved that too.

Great stay and host!

The house and location were amazing! Kurt was so helpful throughout. The house is minutes walking distance to Weirs beach bars and the direct oceanfront living was great for the 4th of July holiday weekend! We loved time by the pool, the guys enjoyed cornhole, and we loved the staff at the poolside tiki bar! Only inconvenience was the need to bring your own sheets blankets pillows—made packing a bit more strenuous. Would still come back, despite! Thanks again, Kurt & Sarah!
