Bernadette, I am so sorry you found the towels unsatisfactory, I wish you would have let me know this - I would have brought you fresher towels. I know sometimes when towels aren’t used and sit a while they can take on a “not fresh” smell, it happens at my home too. I personally do all the laundry to make sure my sheets and towels are clean, so I certainly do apologize for this happening during your stay! The Weinberg’s are very nice and understating people. We had an arctic blast come down the morning of their arrival with temperatures in the 20’s for 2-3 day. The next morning these temps resulted in busted pipes! It was unfortunate we had to send them to a hotel, due to loss of water in the house. A full refund was made. We certainly hope they make their way back to our bayou home and we’re able to make this up to them someday!
