"It was very obvious from the start that the house was newly renovated. Almost everything still had the tags on it. Absolutely nothing was plugged in, turned on or tested before I got there. "The apartment was clean, comfortable and well-equipped ( even a cafetiere ). Finding that there was a sofa bed was good. The approach along the stairs isn't wonderful, a bit drab and unloved but once in the apartment, all is good. There is some street parking right outside the Stratford and we were lucky and bagged a space, otherwise free parking nearby in other streets. "
