Set in a quiet residential area, this 80 m² property features a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, and an extra toilet, accommodating up to 6 guests. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace for remote work, a TV with DVD player, air conditioning, a fan, heating, a washing machine, as well as books and toys for children. A baby cot and high chair are also available.



Enjoy your own private outdoor area with a hot tub, garden, covered terrace, and barbecue. The hot tub is covered and accessible year-round at 37°C. The property is close to the beach. Two parking spaces are available on the premises. Families with children are welcome. One pet is allowed. Smoking and parties are not permitted.
