Piranga House: Located on the edge of a pine forest, this house in the heart of a village of small cottages with a shared swimming pool, offers a very pleasant holiday setting, with pedestrian paths allowing easy circulation throughout the site. Each accommodation has a small garden with terrace, and a parking area is available in front of the residence. The shared swimming pool is accessible during the summer season, from 15 June to 15 September, to enjoy the sunny days.



The house comprises a welcoming living room, furnished with a table and chairs, a sideboard, a sofa and a television. The kitchen area, open to the living room, is equipped with a sink, a ceramic hob, a mini-oven, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a microwave, a dishwasher, a washing machine as well as storage and complete crockery, allowing you to prepare your meals with ease. The ground floor bedroom has a single bed of 80 cm that transforms into a double bed (160 cm) and a chest of drawers. The toilets are separate for added comfort.



On the upper floor, two bedrooms offer accommodation suitable for families: the first comprises two bunk beds, the second offers a double bed (160cm) with wardrobe and television. A bathroom with shower and sink.



Outside, the terrace is furnished with garden furniture, table, chairs and parasol with a serving trolley for the plancha.

The terrace is fully enclosed, offering a pleasant and secure outdoor space. A parking space is also included.



Household linen and end-of-stay cleaning are not included and can be offered as an optional service upon request. The accommodation is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
