On the ground floor, a bright and tastefully furnished living and dining room welcomes you with a dining table and direct access to the terrace. A well-equipped open kitchen adjoins the living area and features an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. Also on this level, 1 bedroom is fitted with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and benefits from its own bathroom with a double hand-basin as well as a private exit to the terrace. A separate WC completes the ground floor. On the upper floor, 2 additional bedrooms, both featuring sloping ceilings, each contain 2 single beds measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and each room opens onto its own balcony. A shower room with a double hand-basin and a separate WC serve the upper floor. The property also has the option to be equipped with 2 bathrooms, each with a shower.
