"Our stay at Nirjhara was amazing! We booked the jungle pool pavilion room and it was quite literally perfection. From the time we checked in until the day we left, we were greeted by name, with professionalism, kindness and with genuine warm smiles. The staff really raised the bar at this hotel. Aris, Doni, Tia, Duta, Hardi, Yohan and several others truly made a difference and elevated our whole experience. "The place was really nice and cozy and had all the amenities you need for a long stay! In the area there a lot of local stalls and supermarkets which was nice. Canggu was only a 10 minute drive from the villa so we spent most of our time there. Only down fall when booking this place was I didn’t realise how far it would be from the main city. But all good things we really enjoyed our stay, and will be back in the near future!! Thanks guys!"

"This was great value for money, as we were there in the wet season. The room was lovely, although the layout with the bathroom facilities a little strange. The team were welcoming, but seemed a little tentative and inexperienced on how to manage requests. There was also an incident where the staff through another team member in the pool - while we were sitting there relaxing. This didn't seem overly professional, but no one thought it was an issue. "Very nice property with excellent staff. The common areas or bathrooms are basically outside, so they don't have air conditioning (AC), but the rooms do. Ask them not to cut off the AC in the rooms after housekeeping because they did it to us and I legit thought I was going to pass out it was so hot. Staff were apologetic and answered quickly. Breakfast was included with our stay and are walking distance from the Villa. Our favorite was Warung Pantai Seseh but we went to Mewali as well....

Worth noting that the juggalos are completely dark with minimal electrical lights, no windows. Just a shutter but if you open that all the cold air leaves the room. "Ich will nicht wissen, was in der Bettdecke alles drin gehangen ist... Die Schränke von innen vollkommen verstaubt, im Kühlschrank steht das Wasser, im Bad gab es einen Schlauch, aus dem die ganze Nacht Wasser getropft hat, etc. Das Hotel ist mitten im Touristenzentrum und man muss Eintritt bezahlen, um überhaupt and Hotel zu kommen.
