  • Newly built private villa nestled in the peaceful community of Morne Le Blanc, Laborie. Sky Luxury Villa has quite alot to enjoy and offer. This property sleeps up to 4 and offers amenities such as a top deck pool, rain showers, Bluetooth surround sound, Netflix access and more. Enjoy panoramic views of the ocean and the well known fishing village of Laborie, right off of the top deck. Only 15 minutes away from the international airport and 40 minutes away from the island's major attractions, such as the drive in volcano, mud baths, waterfalls and snorkeling shores.
    Let us take away the hassle of vacation planning. Concierge services are available to you at no cost and will assist in booking excursions, private dining, on site spa treatments and any other requests you may have. Special occasion? Let us know on booking and we will be happy to add in some decor and champagne. To ensure your smooth transition we provide bottled water, a stocked fridge with locals beers and an assortment of spices and cooking basics. Enjoy discounted vehicle rental rates with your booking.

This was our first trip to St. Lucia and found this gem to stay at. A beautiful clean space with lots of outside space. Coffee on the porch each morning and afternoons on the top patio with pool. Views from all directions. Bertrand was very helpful and responsive and Julie was there for anything we needed. I would highly recommend this place to stay at.

Family Vacation

This was a lovely place to stay! The views were incredible and once used to navigating the twisty roads it was a convenient home base. Julie provided answers and suggestions to everything we asked and was incredibly responsive. We loved it here! Thank you!

We loved the property, location, and Laborie Beach. Julie was very helpful. The house was spotless on our arrival. The rooftop pool was terrific. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Lovely stay! Great house brand new. Having Bertrand, as our host was very nice! A gracious host, bringing us fish, coconut juice, and great information. We would love to visit again!

This host was amazing. The owner as well as the host was nothing short of accomodating every day we were there. They made our stay amazing with the knowledge they shared as well as helping us around the cpuntry. If you're going and need a place to stay, HIGHLY recommend!

lovely very upscale house in a quiet restful area with no neighbors. owners were fantastic it you are looking to get away without being cooped up in a hotel room this is it. plus it is very close to all the major attractions. Magnificent View from the roof top of the mountains ocean and forests..

Magnificent Relaxation

Bertrand and Julie were amazing. They made our trip easier to handle and inviting as possible. The house is beautifully set up with amazing rooftop views. Laborie village is filled with wondeful people and vibrant shops and restaurants. And the beach is a quiet hidden gem. Thank you so much.

The place is beautiful, check in easy, roof top pool a plus, will definitely return. Place is in a developing area, so nothing around but the town and beach is only 2 minutes drive away and great hang out spots in town. Love it.

Great view, amazing Villa and super clean

The place was amazing, the rooms were spotless, everything was so organized. I got greeted with a bottle of champagne upon my entry and a lovely note from my host which made me feel beyond welcomed. I would recommend here to all my friends, Bertrand was an amazing host!.

In LOVE with St Lucia

What a great vacation. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed Luxury Sky Villa. Everything was actually better than described. Julie and Bertrand are great hosts and were always available and willing to help with setting up excursions and provide helpful info. We’ve already recommended this home to friends and family.

Wonder stay in villa

I’ve stayed at many places through vrvo but this was by far the best. The host checked on us everyday and was so helpful. We had great recommendations on food and activities. The pool was amazing and the villa was so cozy and with the best shower and bathrooms. Highly highly recommend. 5 star experience

Amazing property!

Our stay with Bertrand was amazing from check-in to check-out. The location is close to many activities and sites while still being private and quiet. The property was clean and just as pictured. Our hostess, Julie, was great and even brought over some gifts during our stay. If you're thinking of getting a VRBO for your stay in St. Lucia, this is the one!

Beautiful villa with incredible views

My husband and I along with 2 of our friends spent 2 weeks at the Luxury Sky Villa in February of 2025. We usually book house rentals through VRBO when we travel. Our hosts at Luxury Sky Villa provided such amazing hospitality before during and even after our stay. I would highly recommend this rental. Everything was clean and well maintained .

Great location, excellent host

This villa was perfect for our family and came equipped with everything we needed for stay. Julie was available to answer any questions I had throughout our stay. She even put together and decorated a Christmas tree for our stay since we were coming with our two small children for the holiday. So thoughtful!

Great stay with amazing views

The house had amazing views. We were close enough to participate in zip lining, Sulphur Springs, Project Chocolate at Hotel Chocolate. We even went to Anse Chastenet beach near Jade Mountain. We beach hopped in one day from Laborie Beach, Choiseul beach and Soufriere beach.

The property was beautiful and well maintained. It was in a very quiet and serene location. The rooftop pool and deck area were fantastic and a highlight. The property was still close enough to visit several areas relatively easily if you rented a vehicle. Also, our concierge Julie was absolutely fantastic and was always on hand to assist us or provide us with suggestions.
