ABOUT HOME:
This cozy DIY island home is a standalone house, not part of an apartment complex. It features an Air-conditioned en-suite bedroom, a spacious living This room, kitchen, dining area, a large veranda, and a parking space. The house is located in a small neighbourhood. Guests will enjoy complete privacy, as this space is not shared with anyone else. The house is just a five-minute drive from the beautiful Caribbean coast. It features a spacious and airy design, thanks to large windows that let in plenty of natural light and fresh air from the tropical sun. Areas and rooms only accessible to guests are shown in the photo section. We encourage Guests to read our policies, house manual, and description to get acquainted with the property and what we offer.

VISITOR POLICY:
Caribreeze has a policy that restricts visitors. We encourage guests to meet their family and friends at Wilson's Restaurant & bar, which is just a minute's walk away. It's a great place to relax, catch up, and enjoy each other's company.

SECURITY, SAFETY & ENERGY:
For Guests safety and security, surveillance cameras are placed outside the property.

ENERGY SAVING
Turn off Fans, AC unit, lights and any other household electronic appliances when leaving the house for long hours or when not needed, to help save energy.

SMOKING & VAPING
(Absolutely No smoking or vaping Indoors) However, smoking and vaping is allowed in the large outdoor veranda away from open windows and entrance doors.
