"Wir haben uns leider deutlich mehr von der Unterkunft versprochen. Besonders die Sauberkeit hat bei unserer Ankunft für große Enttäuschung gesorgt. Es waren Haare im Bett, der Boden war teilweise dreckig und die Oberflächen fühlten sich teilweise klebrig bzw. schmierig an. Die Couch war ebenfalls stark fleckig.Was uns zusätzlich gestört hat: Die Ausstattung entsprach nicht vollständig den Angaben. "El hotel es muy amplio y las habitaciones nuevas, con camas muy cómodas. Tiene servicios que no hemos disfrutado porque hemos estado viajando por la zona todo el día, El check-in y check-out lo tiene que hacer el cliente, pero hay personal que te ayuda si lo solicitas. Hay fruta en zonas comunes. Lo que más destacaría que no tiene que ver con el hotel es la tasa turística, ya que por 2 días tres personas, nos cobraron 33,90 €, lo que supone una de las más altas de todo los sitios que visitamos (incluido Rotterdam, Amasterdam y Utrecht entre otras.) Por lo demás, un hotel a recomendar."
