Our visit to the treehouse was amazing. Our host's provided everything we needed for a wonderful stay. They paid so much attention to every single detail. Even left us robs to use! We did go out to Beak & Skiff and visited a couple of the local waterfalls but couldn't wait to get back to have a drink on the swing by the babbling brook. So pretty at night with everything lit up! Such a relaxing vacation and when it was time for bed the sounds of the owls and brook were like a lullaby!

This was such a great place to stay! The owners were communicative and so nice. We had to change our arrival day, and the owner was super flexible and even gave us a partial refund within 24hrs due to a slight price decrease. We have been recommending this place to all of our friends! Thank you for geeat memories and, if the timing allows, wed live to spend more time here in the future.

Should get ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

EVERYTHING as described and more. Place was so clean you'd of thought we were the first guests. Hosts were very accessible via text during our stay. The construction of this tree house is amazing and detailed. The ability to sit at a fire even during rain was a plus and complete with barn owls calling in the distance at night. Minutes away from a small town with a great breakfast diner, but completely secluded in the woods. We just can't say enough about how cool this place is.

Amazing treehouse adventure

Exquisitely designed treehouse nearly 40 ft up in the canopy. Absolutely loved the quiet, peaceful woodland during our 2 night stay. Spent almost all of our time sitting on the sky porch enjoying our surroundings including the babbling brook beneath us. Close to great restaurants, orchards, wineries/breweries and hiking trails complete with waterfalls. Will definitely go back!

Spectacular

Such a magical place. Attention to detail was amazing. We cooked a great dinner on the grill down at the lower deck with a nice evening fire and a glass of wine. I was so looking forward to an outdoor shower and this one really hit the mark, a great treat. Highly recommend this place to everyone. Thank you to our hosts Tom and Lisa. We will be back. Relaxing stay in a tranquil forest

My husband and I booked the treehouse for an adventurous anniversary getaway. The treehouse was amazing- so quaint and cozy. The tree deck and the pavilion under the treehouse were great places to hang out. Coffee on the tree deck listening to the birds in the morning. Fires, food and drinks at night under the pavilion. We left the treehouse feeling relaxed and refreshed.

Treehouse

The set up and decorations were lovely. Very peaceful and ideal for a romantic get away. However, the compost toilet was inside the treehouse where as other treehouse stays we’ve visited had the toilet outside with the shower. This caused a foul smell inside the cabin and was difficult to Even want to use the bathroom as there were nats everywhere. While the compost toilet is a great idea having it inside where you also eat and make food was not ideal.

Quick Getaway

It was very nice. Outdoor deck with firepit made the experience. The mention of the propane stovetop was as a tad deceiving because it was a portable model kept under the stairs on a butcher block cart. Also, the pictures made it seem as if there were 2 places to sit, rather than 1. The pics showed a different pattern in one of them and a different placement of furniture, so we thought there was more than 1 pace to sit. Also, more lighting is needed to read at night.

Exceeding my expectations!!

Our treehouse stay was more than I expected. The grounds surrounding the treehouse are so peaceful and relaxing. From the sounds of the small stream below to the birds chirping, I loved the serenity. I could not stop smiling the entire time I was there. I was concerned that the treehouse would be hot without air conditioning but with the treehouse being nestled beneath a canopy of tree’s, the provided fan kept us cool at night, even in the middle of our August stay. Everything was perfect.

Birthday fit for a Wood Nymph.

I was looking for a place that was ultra-special, and that would not soon be forgotten, to celebrate my wife's birthday, combined with her recent, well-deserved promotion... and, I got it !! The pictures of this place are amazing... but, they actually don't do it justice. Nothing like kicking back with a cocktail, a glass of wine, your special little lady, all while reclined among the tree tops, watching the hummingbirds and woodpeckers. The thought, ingenuity, passion, and crafsmanship that went into creating this haven is evident at every turn. You would never know you're a mere 5 minutes from stores, gas, as well as a major artery such as I-81... not to mention, only around 15 minutes from the metropolis of Syracuse! Tom and Lisa were very responsive and surprisingly flexible ... even when booked solid. Strongly recommend for someone in search of getting off (but not necessarily too far from) "the grid", while seeming to be in another world. And, they thought of all of your everyday conveniences. Pragmatically magical" would sum it up, I guess. We will be back.

Birthday surprise

My husband needed time away from the busyness of life as did I! And we both love being in nature and prefer simple accommodations. We are not five star fancy hotel types! This treehouse was everything we could have asked for and more. Our stay was amazing and we loved hanging out on the deck amongst the treetops. We ate all our meals there. The kitchen was well stocked. We used the camp stove and the bbq grill. We relaxed in the hammock and the swing. Comfortable bed and what a treat to hear the babbling creek and the birds in the morning and the evening. We will be back!

If you’ve ever dreamt of living in a treehouse, this one will fulfill ALL of your imaginative wanderings! Tom and Lisa have thought of everything to make you feel truly Welcome. Two Day Gateway

Wonderfully eclectic stay for our 25th Anniversary. Despite the record heat we REALLY enjoyed unplugging and relaxing to the sounds of birds and a babbling brook. A much needed respite that allowed us to recharge after busy work schedules. Will be back.

Heaven!!

Totally awesome! Giving this property and the hosts five stars simply is not enough. The tree house is immaculate and gorgeous. The hosts are extremely accommodating and go above and beyond with small details to insure their guests have a wonderful experience. We had so much fun and were able to relax and enjoy the treehouse and all it had to offer. This is one stay where you won't be disappointed. We look forward to returning in the future.
