"This was a wonderful place to stay, accommodating families in full suites with kitchens and others in regular rooms, still with kitchens, and a fabulous breakfast to start the day. The owner/manager is lovely and ready to assist in any way necessary. The town of Cuchara is cute and has many hiking trails nearby, and an up and coming ski area. We'll be back!"

"Nine of us thoroughly enjoyed our 6 night stay! Space enough for quiet times and group times, indoors and outdoors on the large 2nd floor deck and individual decks. Windows everywhere had us feeling we shared the outdoors in privacy. Hearing birds and the Cuchara River through open windows was a joy. Every bedroom is nice; there isn’t a bedroom that isn’t great. Huge theater-quality TV if you have an event you want to watch. Loved the spacious kitchens, high tech bathrooms, and great radiant...

"This was a perfect last minute booking when the weather required us to alter our camping plans. The house was very clean, well appointed and super comfortable. It is in a great location to access Lathrop and nearby trails and communities. It had everything we needed and worked out great, it was a gem!"
