"The hotel room was missing sheets and blankets in one of the rooms. We were unable to contact anyone to help us and ended up buying them to get a good night's sleep. The room looked remodeled and new, but it was not a pleasant experience. We try to find someone to help us but it was not possible"

"La propiedad, su piscina de “lady River”, el apartamento, todo muy agradable. Lo que me sorprendió fue lo sucio de los pisos, y es que al ser de color oscuro y no lisos, y seguramente, no limpiar como se debería, estaban realmente sucios. Puedo mostrarles prueba de ello. Si volvería a alquilar en el lugar, solo que los llamaría para que enviaran a alguien para solucionar esa situación. "

"A lovely house and amazing view of the America tower nearby; I loved that there was available shampoo and available transport with bikes in the closets, not sure if we were able to uses them but it is an amazing idea for transport. Everything was key to detail. Just an amazing host. Thank you 😊."

"Extremely cozy cabin within a brisk walk to the river. Beautiful area, we saw deer and a little coyote but it wasn’t bothering anybody. Even though it’s in a “resort” it’s quiet and we saw a couple other guests next to the river. Tom, the manager, was extremely quick to help us with any issues with the house but if you need to contact him, a phone call is the best option. This place was amazing and if we ever visit San Antonio or New Braunfels again this will be the spot we go to."

"We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this house. We came to San Antonio to attend a hair show and the accommodations were great for comfort and team building. We loved being able to cook. The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of room. We didn’t find extra bedding for one of the cots. There were plenty of sheets but not enough blankets. We will be back "

"For the price, it's really a great deal. It's hard to find homes this large without breaking the bank. The home was clean and Randy was very quick to respond to questions. The neighborhood is very quiet and the kitchen is pretty well stocked.There are a few home quirks like no bathrooms on the first floor which has two rooms totalling 10 beds so if you bring a huge group, a lot of them may have to go upstairs in the middle of the night to use the restroom. There's also no water to the fridge...
