Wonderful place to stay for our family of five. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out. One of the best-equipped kitchens of any VRBO we've rented. The pool and hot tub area was great for relaxing after a long day at Zion, which was less than 30 minutes away. We also visited Bryce Canyon while we were in the area, which was just over 2 hours away. Host was very communicative and helpful. Would highly recommend this rental!

We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this home! We needed a little help with the waterslide, and the owner was there within 10–15 minutes—fantastic customer service! Our children absolutely loved the pool and slide, and the popsicles were such a thoughtful touch. The home was spotless, beautifully furnished, and stocked with everything we needed. It was clear a lot of thought went into making guests feel comfortable. The game room in the garage and the toy chest were huge hits with our children and gave them plenty to do when they weren't swimming. The location was also perfect - very close to Zion, the Adventures shop for the Narrows boot rental, Zion Canyon Hot Springs, and just a short 2hr 15 min drive from Bryce Canyon. Our children summed it up best: "This is the best VRBO ever!" We made wonderful family memories and would happily stay here again.

We stayed in July and had an amazing time! The house was very clean and tidy and had everything you could possibly need. There were walking sticks available, games, baby carrier for hiking and all kinds of kitchen supplies, pool toys, etc. There was a book that had all the important info it it very clearly written and it had local menus, which was helpful. Things were labeled on cupboards which made it easy to find things in the kitchen. The host left a cute little basket of candy and popcorn with a welcome card, was was a really nice touch! Beds were comfortable, lots of room in the house. Everything was just laid out so well with all our needs covered. The host reached out right away to let us know she was available in case we needed anything. Since everything was so well prepared, we didn’t need to reach out at all. The neighborhood is quiet, easy drive to Zion. The pool was the best part! There is a privacy fence all around. Lots of seating areas. Our son LOVED it and loved the slide, it was all he wanted to do. It was clean and very well maintained. There is also a nice grass area near the fenced in patio. Overall, it meet all our needs and it’s not like we need another reason to visit the area, because we loved it, but we’d definitely go back just to enjoy this house again!
