"This place was immaculate and beautiful. Walking distance to everything and such an awesome stay. The sunsets were amazing from the property. I can't tell you how many times I ran out and across the street to the Sea of Cortez just to put my feet in the water and people watch. Yes it was a little loud on Friday night but that's what made it fun and interesting. Who doesn't like a Bob Marley cover band coming from the beer garden behind you? It was like having your own private suite at a concert!...

"We had a great 5 day stay. The hostess Karen was amazing attention to detail and great hospitality. The treatment here was very personal. Truly a home away from home. "Very nice modern studio apartment with large fridge and kitchenette. Clean, quiet and secure. And parking avialable. Centrally located nearby to tourist area, but need a car to see La Paz properly. Too far to walk to the Malecòn, unless you are hardy and want a serious trek by foot. Pretty much anywhere you stay, a car is recommended. Overall, a great place to stay."

The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a few meals and we thoroughly enjoyed having such easy and close access to the pool. The nearest beach is peaceful and quiet and only about 5 mins walk. Would absolutely recommend this residence for a family with older children- probably not toddlers as too many lovely bits of furniture to crash into. we just loved it!"

"The house is located close to the city center in a very quiet area. The house is very large and very well equiped. The owner, Merc, answers very quickly to any messages and can provide advices. We were in family, 10 people in the house and we spend an very nice week in Paz. Leaving with unforgettable memories !"

"Unit was in a gated community where we felt very safe. Shout out to Security Guard Efrain who was very helpful in getting us taxis and assistance when the door to one of the bathrooms locked us out! While is was a walkable distance to the Malecon, we chose to taxi due to many unfriendly dogs and questionable neighborhoods along the way, not to mention super steep hill.
