A family and artistic house where you can meet, breathe and enjoy the unique spirit of Ronce-les-Bains.
Located under pines and holm oaks, our villa is ideal for large families, stays with friends or multi-generational holidays. Its privileged location allows you to do everything on foot:

🏡 The Accommodation
With a modular capacity of 2 to 12 people, the house is fitted out for your greatest comfort:
3 bedrooms with 2 double beds (160x200 cm) and 5 single beds (90x180 cm)
Large, bright living room of 45 m² with 2 comfortable sofa beds
Modern and fully equipped kitchen
Sanitary facilities: Bathroom with bathtub and separate toilet
Practical equipment: Washing machine and dryer
Entertainment: Video projector and Hi-Fi system
Outside: Enclosed garden, barbecue and 3 different terraces to enjoy the sunshine throughout the day

🌲 The spirit of a holiday by the sea
People come here to walk or cycle to the ocean through the forest, and to have lunch on the terrace under the sun. On your return from the market, you can enjoy fresh fish and succulent oysters from our Marennes-Oléron basin, accompanied by melons, a Pineau or a Cognac as an aperitif.
After a swim nearby, enjoy the garden. In the evening, share real moments of conviviality under the stars or join the activities of the funfair for the happiness of young and old.
The villa offers beautiful living spaces and an atmosphere that is warm, calm and relaxing, sheltered from any summer crowds.

_Tarifs 2026 (June to October)
From €800 to €2,000 per week depending on the period and number of people.
For example, from €18 to €47 per night and per person for 6 travellers.
