Maison des Orchidées just 100m from the beach

Enjoy a comfortable living room with TV and WiFi, dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, electric oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer). The master bedroom is on the ground floor, along with a bathroom featuring a shower, sink, dressing area, and separate toilet. Upstairs, there’s one bedroom with two 90 cm beds and another with two sets of 90 cm bunk beds, plus a bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet. There’s also a bike garage, washing machine, and dryer. Relax on the wooden terrace with shelter, garden furniture, and barbecue, or in the enclosed sandy garden with pétanque court and private parking.



The beach is 250 m away and shops are 500 m away. Located in a residential area, this house is very comfortable, close to the beach, and near the shops of the Grière district.



The property is carefully prepared; please respect the premises. Bed linen and towels are not included, but these can be provided for an extra charge. Even if you book the cleaning option, please tidy up: return the house in order, wash, dry, and put away dishes (dishwasher must be empty), clean the hob and plancha, and take out all rubbish and waste.



A free shuttle runs in summer, taking you to the town center and all beaches of La Tranche-sur-Mer in July and August.



Parties are strictly forbidden. Pets are not allowed. Only household waste should be placed in the bins and taken out for collection twice a week. Other waste (glass, cans, cardboard, plastics, etc.) must be disposed of in the designated containers.
