La maison du phare – Comfortable House for 6 Near Beach and Forest

Comfortable house very close to Phare Beach and the forest, with a free shuttle service in July and August for your trips. Bakery 400 m away. The living area has a TV and a kitchen corner equipped with fridge/freezer, microwave, electric oven, and dishwasher. The house includes one bedroom with a double bed (140 cm), one with two single beds (90 cm), and one with bunk beds (80 cm). Bathroom with shower and washing machine, separate WC. There is a bike garage, a small enclosed garden, and a terrace with outdoor furniture. Cleaning service is available as an option. Bed linen and towels are not provided but can be rented for an extra charge.



The beach is 400 m away, bakery 450 m. The property is carefully prepared—please respect the premises.



Even if you choose the cleaning option, you must leave the house tidy, wash, dry, and put away dishes (dishwasher must be empty), clean the hob and plancha, and take out rubbish and other waste.



Check-in is between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. You will be welcomed at the agency for key collection and rental instructions. Please inform us on the morning of your arrival via the booking platform with your approximate arrival time.



Use of internet options such as Prime, Netflix, or video on demand is not allowed. If not respected, additional charges may apply.



Parties are strictly prohibited. Pets allowed under specific conditions to be discussed with the owner.



Only household rubbish should be placed in the bins for twice-weekly collection. Other waste (glass, cans, cardboard, plastics, etc.) must be taken to the local recycling containers.
