A cozy 75-square-meter apartment that can accommodate up to 5 people, located on the first floor of a building without an elevator. The property is about an 8-minute walk from La Spezia Central Station and about a 17-minute ride by public transportation from Mirabello Port. The area offers all essential amenities, easily accessible on foot, and is well-connected via local public transportation; bus stops are just a few minutes from the apartment.



The interior layout is as follows:



- LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (featuring a gas stovetop, refrigerator, moka pot, electric kettle, oven, microwave, and kitchen utensils), dining table, sofa, TV, ceiling fan, and access to the balcony.

- BEDROOM I with a double bed, a single pull-out armchair, a portable fan, and a closet;

- BEDROOM II with two single beds, a portable fan, a closet, and a dresser;

- BATHROOM with a shower, sink, bidet, toilet, and laundry area (washing machine and sink);

- BALCONY.



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, independent heating, ceiling fan in the living room, two portable fans in the bedrooms, clothesline, hair dryer, iron, and ironing board.



PLEASE NOTE: The building does not have an elevator—the apartment is on the first floor.
