  • A charming, detached house surrounded by olive- and fruit trees. You will have the whole house and garden for you alone. Situated in a marvelous area just very close to La Spezia with amazing sea view on the one side, and mountain view on the other side. The location is perfect: it offers silence and relax in the nature, and at the same time it's close to the sea and beaches and all other vacation activities. The house is tied into a big property with a nice and spacious garden with a little pool and BBQ. Free wifi connection. On our property we have private parking place.

Maison très agréable propre, bien équipée avec un Beau parc et sa piscine dont nous avons pu profiter les trois premiers jours en fonction de la météo. Supermarché bien fourni à proximité accueil chaleureux de notre hôte, généreux et attentionnée, avions victuailles pour démarrer le séjour (petit déjeuner, pâtes, fruits....) nous recommandons cette location.

Wir (2 Paare) hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in diesem Ferienobjekt. Die stadtnahe Lage, am bergigen Rand von La Spezia, war für uns perfekt um von hier aus die Umgebung (Cinque Terre, nördliche Toskana…) zu erkunden. Das Haus selbst hat einen rustikalen und gemütlichen Charm. Vom etwas abseits gelegenen kleinen Pool hat man eine top Aussicht auf La Spezia.

Très belle expérience

Agréable maison dans un endroit calme et degagé, belle vue sur la baie de la Spezia mais également sur les Alpes apuanes. Parfait endroit pour rayonner dans la région, en voiture ou en train (les cinque terre sont à 10 min de train depuis la gare de la Spezia, Genes à 1 heure de train, Pise à 1h de voiture). Accueil très attentionné de Francesca et Carlo.

Großzügiges Haus mit Garten und unvergleichlichem Blick auf La Spezia

Sehr freundliche Gastgeber, großes Haus hoch über der Stadt mit allem, was man braucht, und einer fantastischen Aussicht. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig, wofür man gerne einen etwas längeren Weg in die Stadt in Kauf nimmt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Sehr geräumiges und herrlich gelegenes Haus mit Familiengeschichte. Phantastischer Blick über La Spezia und Hafen sowie die gesamte Bucht. Großzügigiger Garten mit kleinem Pool zur Erfrischung sowie für Kinder. Sehr nette und aufmerksame Vermieter. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt.

Family break

Excellent location with great views and helpful hosts. This was just what we needed prior to the event we had planned for the Friday (son’s wedding). Would recommend to anyone looking for a place such as this although you will need your own transport to get up and down the hill. Station convenient for Cinque Terre. Fantastic.

Wunderschönes gemütliches Haus oberhalb von La Spezia

Wir haben die Woche im Haus von Francesca und Carlo sehr genossen. Sie sind wunderbare Gastgeber. Als wir ankamen war ein herrlicher Vorrat von Lebensmitteln vorhanden : Frische knusprige Focaccia, ein komplettes Abendessen und Frühstück: fantastisch ! Das Haus war blitzsauber. Die 2 Küchen und die verschiedenen Sitzplätze sind super. Die Aussicht vom vorderen Platz auf La Spezia ist Tag und Nacht bezaubernd und beeindruckend . Der Pool wurde extra für unsere Mädchen nochmals aufgefüllt : herzlichen Dank. Wir haben viele tolle Ausflüge unternommen, nach Lucca, Pisa, Cinque Terre, Portofino.... Die Altstadt von La Spezia hat uns sehr gut gefallen . Die Stadt ist authentisch italienisch. Lerici war unser Lieblingsort ! Herzlichen Dank an Francesca und Carlo... es war eine schöne Woche . Francesca and CarloStay September 1st to 9th, 2025.I like to thank you both for opening your lovely home to use high above La Spezia. We have enjoyed our time here and created new and long lasting memories of the area. Starting from a beautiful scenic drive along the top of Cinque Terre to the small villages of Vernazza, Manarola and Monterosso. Vernazza was and experiences from the drive down the mountain into the village a the lovely landscapes and a cone of seafood to the sting views of the town. In Manarola we enjoyed a morning Pesto class overlooking the Med and watching locals jumping into the refreshing waters of the Med with the small town of Manarola in the background. The Pesto Class was at Nessun Dorma. Their restaurant was located on the cliffs overlooking the small but quiet harbour of Manarola. The experience was a blast with great music and great energy. We learned about the area and the experience of making Pesto. We highly recommend it to anyone staying in the area. Later that day we traveled to Porto Mirabello in the heart of La Spezia to enjoy an afternoon and sunset on a yacht. We enjoyed swimming under the Castello San Giorgio di Lerici in a quiet bay. This was only topped by the next spot at Spiaggia dei Gabbiani of the island of Palmaria. After relaxing in the refreshing waters our next stop was the town of Portovenere. Here we enjoyed the Gelato as you do when in Italy. Walking through the town we got some amazing views of the start

Fantastisk autentisk hus i bjergene

Det er et dejligt autentisk hus med smuk udsigt ud over bjerge og La Spezia. Der er god plads og gode terrasser. Værtsparret er meget venlige og hurtige til at reagerer, ved kontakt. De er utrolig gæstfrie og havde sørget for lækre snacks og frugt til vi ankom. Huset og beliggenheden kan på det varmeste anbefales. Vi havde en fantastisk ferie i huset og området.

Emplacement idéal

Notre séjour c'est parfaitement passé, la maison est très propre et agréable a vivre. elle est idéalement placée, en pleine nature avec une vue imprenable sur la baie de la Spézia. Il suffit de prendre la voiture pour aller à la gare et vous accéder aux Cinque Terre ou à Portofino. Merci à Francesca et Carlo pour leur accueil

Tolles Haus, Tolle Gastgeber

Wir hatten im Oktober eine tolle Woche in dem Haus, Lage auf dem Berg mit Blick auf die Bucht ist top, Umgebung super ruhig, der Garten ist groß und die Kinder konnten sich im und außerhalb des Hauses austoben. Trotz der späten Jahreszeit (Mitte Oktober) konnten wir in den Pool nutzen und sind mehrfach am Strand gewesen, vielleicht hatten wir auch mit dem Wetter Glück. Die Gastgeber (Francesca und Carlos) sind sehr nett, antworten prompt und waren in allem sehr hilfreich. Es gab ein üppiges Willkommenspaket, ein besonderer Dank auch dafür. Das Haus war sehr sauber, die zahlreichen WCs/Bäder und Schlafzimmer waren sehr praktisch.

Terrible experience!

Be aware of these owners! We travelled all over the world and for the first time we are forced to leave a negative review. The owner took additional money from us, over 700 Euro outside the contract as a credit for extra guests. At the end there was 180Euro of this credit we we did not use. They not only categorically refused to give it back but also refused to issue a receipt for the money taken. which ended up with an unpleasant confrontation. As for the house lots of things did not look like on the pictures. Many things were missing or broken and all three floors were connected with a terrible spiral staircase made of plastic which was a hazard to use. Huge disappointment for us, who booked this "dream vacation" from the States six months in advance.!

Entspannter Urlaub durch idyllische Lage

Das Ferienhaus ist idyllisch gelegen und bietet sehr gute Voraussetzungen für einen entspannten Urlaub. Es war alles vorhanden, was man braucht.

Urlaub Cinque Terre

Wir (2 Familien) hatten 11 tolle Tage in dem Haus. Alles war super sauber, Küche prima ausgestattet inkl einiger Vorräte. Das Haus liegt 3km oberhalb von La Spezia & man braucht für alle Aktivitäten ein Auto. Das einzige Manko war der spärliche such nur langsam erwärmende Wasserstrahl in den Bädern. Das Haus ist absolut empfehlenswert für 2 Familien wenn man eine ruhige etwas abgelegene Unterkunft sucht! Wir haben es genossen.
