The property boasts a convenient location with excellent public transportation access; we’re very close to La Spezia Centrale Station and just a short walk from the bus stop. The apartment is equipped with every comfort: Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washing machine, and a fully equipped kitchen. A great base for exploring La Spezia and the Cinque Terre!

The Space

The 75-square-meter apartment is located on the first floor of a charming historic building that does NOT have an elevator.



The interior is laid out as follows:

- A kitchenette equipped with a gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, pod coffee maker, moka pot, electric kettle, and kitchen utensils.

- Living area with a double sofa bed, dining area, and TV.

- Bedroom 1 with a double bed and a closet.

- Bedroom 2 with a single bed.

- Bathroom with toilet, bidet, and shower stall.

- Private patio furnished with a table, chairs, a beach umbrella, and a barbecue.



Additional amenities available to guests: Unlimited Wi-Fi, air conditioning (2 split units—in the living area and the master bedroom), independent heating, washing machine, iron, and ironing board.



Towels and bed linens included (with optional changes available for a fee).

The entire apartment is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay.

The use of air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013).

In the summer, the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

In winter, the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 20°C.
