Dear guest, thank you for leaving your personal review.We are sorry that the structure did not meet your satisfaction and we would have liked to know the reasons for your dissatisfaction.In the absence of information we would like to remind you that we gave you a free early check-in with delivery of the keys at 12.30 and that if we had been contacted earlier we could have suggested free parking just 5/7 minutes walk from the property or for a fee in the garage just 100 meters away.It would have been enough only after reading, to reply to the WP messages sent the day before your arrival by our collaborators or to read all the information on the booking to not feel so dissatisfied.We remain available for any clarifications in this regard, thanks to the management.
