Casa de Campo resort offered all of the amenities we needed to have a wonderful vacation. We were a group of 5 friends on a trip to play pickleball and lay on the beach. It was our first time to Dominican Republic and highly recommend the location. The house staff were very helpful despite the language barrier. We were able to communicate through Google translate or the Concierge. The waitress lived on site, but we still had privacy. While the house and pool needed some maintenance, we enjoyed the accommodations immensely including the pool and hot tub. A golf cart will be required to get around. We ordered takeout from restaurants and found a store at the marina to order any missing groceries we needed. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Very nice property, unmatched service, Lucy , Cristina and Teresa are great , Lucy the Chef is great

Love the location of the property close to everything House was very clean , Andry was very attentive to our needs , the best part was the service that Lucy the chef , Cristina and Teresa provided , Guillermo the gardener was great always have fresh coconut for us overall a great experience Highly recommended

A relaxing and comfortable stay with terrific staff and outstanding service

The villa was perfect for our family and friend with a lovely pool and hot tub and private backyard and outdoor dining and living area. The wifi was great and air conditioning all worked to make the stay a wonderful vacation. We hope to return again. Thank you for a fantastic vacation at the villa!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 days at Vivero 24. The house was very clean and well appointed. The check in process was seamless and all of our groceries were there waiting on us upon our arrival. The staff was incredible!! Cristinia, Lucia, and Sarah took great care of us. The meals were delicious, rooms cleaned well, and they made sure we always had a cold beverage in our hand. It could not have been more perfect. Thank you to all!

Something for Everyone

Casa de Campo is a wonderful vacation spot for anyone, but particularly a family of golfers. The golf is world class. This was our second trip and we will return. We enjoyed our rental and the staff at Villa Vivero 24 very much. From the booking thru our departure the Palmas team accommodated our every need. From booking dinner reservations, to tee times, to confirming ground transportation, to making certain we had all the groceries and offering any additional services we needed the villa manager and staff were at our beck and call. Our family of 7 found the villa very comfortable and very conveniently located for beach, golf, hotel etc. Altos de Chavon and Marina are only a short golf cart ride away. Tanya ran the house beautifully and made sure we had hot coffee, and breakfast before heading off to golf and cocktails when we came home! Christine kept the house, bedrooms and baths clean with fresh linens everyday. Lucie was our extraordinary "chef" -- she prepared 3 fabulous dinners which we enjoyed "al fresco" by the pool. We asked for local carribean favorites and it did not disappoint -- Lucie's dinners of grouper with local vegetables, churasco with chimmichuri and black beans and rice and paella were all as good as any fine restaurant and the setting was delightful. The family enjoyed setting up a chipping contest in the big backyard and enjoyed lots of sunning by the pool (not heated). Our only complaint was the golf carts which were rented by our host from a local Casa de Campo supplier -- they were in much need of repair -- they were safe enough and got us where we were going but one had a serious steering issue and the other inconsistent acceleration and difficult braking -- it would have been work paying a little more to get better carts. We enjoyed our stay and hope return again one day!!

Great team, home away from home

Wonderful butler, housekeeper and manager made us feel at home…villa is a bit tired, needs improvement in wireless and tv streaming capability, higher quality tv, new linens and towels. Clean and well-located.

A wonderful experience at Casa de Campo

Our stay at Vivero 24 was a very special one. The house was beautifully clean, the furniture and beds were very comfortable and the indoor and outdoor space facilitated a wonderful family holiday. Our on-site host Jesus was very attentive to our needs, organizing all our day to day logistics. And we owe a heartfelt thank-you to our villa staff, Tania and Christina, who made us feel welcome and well looked after from the minute we checked in. They showed initiative, kindness and thoughtful hospitality throughout. We highly recommend Vivero 24.
