Amazing Property

Amazing vacation! We did not have any complaints and would absolutely recommend this property. From the time of booking and throughout our stay, they helped us with every detail. This company is very professional. They promptly replied to all our questions and handled everything for us - transportation, food, reservations, massages, golf, camp, laundry. The staff was incredible and easy to communicate with. The manager Andry was available 24/7 during our stay. Chef Trinidad's food was so flavorful and delicious. The butler Mario was attentive to all our needs. The house was spacious, clean, and very comfortable thanks to Tanya. The rooms are bigger than they appear in the photos. The beds are very comfortable. There are a lot of different seating areas to accommodate large groups. We loved that the rooms wrapped around the pool. The central location of this villa was perfect. You can even walk to the beach if you want. We highly recommend this property.

Amazing property in Casa de Campo

We spent an amazing week at Mangos 11a in Casa de Campo. The house was absolutely beautiful, the staff helpful and responsive especially Andry the house manager who truly went above and beyond. The house is less than 5 min gold cart ride to the beach which was calm with gentle waves perfect for our kids to play in. We ate all meals at the home and they were expertly prepared by the chef who kindly took into consideration the dietary restrictions of our group. The pool at the house was immaculately clean and warm and our kids played in it daily. The only critique which really has nothing to do with the house at all was the check in process which occurs at the main casa de campo hotel. They had no record of our reservation - this was resolved with a quick phone call to the house manager, and then it took over an hour although a copy of our names and passport numbers had been provided well in advance. Certainly not the end of the world, but not fun at the end of a long travel day. Otherwise, the house, the house staff and the casa de campo complex were truly wonderful! A trip of a lifetime!

Couldn’t have been better

Everything about our stay exceeded our expectations. The house was beautiful, so clean, private and each of the rooms were large for our group of couples. The outdoor living concept was comfortable during a horrible rainstorm and enjoyed so much in the sunshine. The concierge, chef, cleaning lady and butler who came with the house embodied Dominican hospitality and made staying in Casa de Campo wonderful. We loved spending the day out coming home to a clean house and a butler who served us beers in the hot tub! 100/10 stars

Property is accurate with listing description and photos. Rooms are comfortable and everything was cleaned. Andry and Mario (concierge service) were great assets to have at hand...went above and beyond and resolved everything for us. Will be coming back soon

Summer family vacation 8/23

We were a family of 12 all adults staying in the home for eight days. All of our needs were met and everybody on the staff was fabulous. We loved the house the pool, and every meal that was cooked by Trinidad. Sara made sure our rooms were cleaned every day and Mario was amazing. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you to Andry for making sure everything went smoothly from beginning to end!!

Perfect Villa

Everyone was great in making sure we were set up for a great stay. From food to activities, we were taken care of well. Trini, Walkiria, Mario, Andry and everyone else were great in accomadating our large and diverse group. We miss being there already. Tip: my wife and inlaws are Dominican, so my family is accustomed to Dominican/island time. Essentialy, if you want to eat at 6, say 5:30 and dont fret a delay. Also, we were on "Dominican time" in letting them know what we wanted to eat, so the delays were on us too. That being said, from a vegan to the toddlers to the adults, the food was great.

Family Vacation

Overall, fabulous vacation. The house and staff were amazing. Would definitely return. The location within the Casa de Campo was centrally located so everything was only a short golf cart ride away. It was quiet and private. The Chef’s meals were delicious, Mario made great drinks, and Sara kept everything clean. Andry made sure anything and everything we wanted to do was possible.

Great Pre Valentines Day Weekend

The Staff are fantastic from Andry the manager who did everything spot on as requested to Trinidad the chef really good quality food prepared perfectly, Mario the Butler was Johnny on the spot when anything was requested and Sarah the maid kept everything nice and tidy. The house itself is older but spotless and could use a. bit of TLC but certainly livable and lots of room. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The Rod Stewart concert we attended Saturday night at Altos de Chavon was amazing.

Couples Golf Trip

This was my second time renting this property because I had such a great experience the first time. I have rented several houses at Casa de Campo, and I find this house to be beautiful with all the amenities, and the location is perfect! The service is outstanding from start to end. My friends have all asked me to start planning next year’s trip!

Great stay!

Stayed here for my birthday celebration with some friends and overall was very pleased! Unfortunately the hot tub was never able to heat up during our stay but not a huge deal. Would definitely stay again.

Amazing property with amazing crew

Property is as shown on pictures, clean, spacious and great location. The check in and check out process was smooth and the team was amazing! Jesus, Trinidad and Mario are the best. We did have an issue with an A/C in a room which couldn’t be fixed during our stay but they tried their best to fix it and kept us on the loop.

Great location

The location is great! It’s a short walk or golf cart ride to the beach. Our group was 11 people, ages ranging from 19 to 75. The villa manager, chef, butler and maid were all amazing and so accommodating. We’ll return soon!

"Luxury Villa" is a perfect description

This truly is a Luxury Villa. From the moment you walk through the entryway and out onto the massive outdoor pool deck, you aren't sure how you're going to leave. The bedrooms are spotless and very well furnished, and the backyard and pool area are huge and resort-like. But one of the real highlights was the staff. Mario, Trinidad, and Sara made our stay extremely enjoyable, serving up wonderful meals (everything from local Dominican cuisine to a night of live Hibachi grilling, which I would highly recommend to any large party staying here) and taking care of anything we needed. Whether you are looking for a quite luxury getaway or an activity-filled trip, we cannot recommend this villa highly enough.

Casa de Casa Paradise

From the moment we rented this beautiful villa communications with the manager (Walkiria) was outstanding!!! She answered all questions immediately & provided all pertinent info on our stay & immediately booked all our requests (restaurant reservations, golf tee time, cart rentals, covid tests) & even assisted us with our VIP arrivals services. The on-site staff was just as wonderful & Jesus checked in on us every day & made sure we had everything we needed. The chef was amazing & filled with good vibes always singing & dancing! This villa accommodated our 2 families very comfortably & we thoroughly enjoyed coming back to it after a day of beaching or exploring. It was exactly as shown in pictures & very well maintained indoors & outdoors with pool service & landscaping maintenance. The close proximity to beach club was also very nice as we were even able to walk if desired. We highly recommend this villa & the property management company they use!

Wonderful stay for a group or large family!

The villa was beautiful, well kept, and in a great location - about 10 min walk or few min drive via golf cart to the Minitas Beach Club. Jesus, the villa manager, was responsive and highly professional. I stayed there with a group of 12 for a wedding and our group was definitely a bit out-of-hand at times, but Jesus handled all of our requests and mishaps with a smile nonetheless. Trinidad, the chef, prepared breakfast and a couple dinners for us which were all wonderful! I highly recommend requesting a meal on the grill outside - delicious! Mario, the waiter, was polite, diligent and extremely helpful as well. Sarah, the maid was there every morning with a smile on her face. Same to be said for Andresson the gardener. Overall, the entire staff was exceptional and made our stay a wonderful experience! I will note that aside from Jesus (who spoke perfect English) - the rest of the staff spoke minimal English. We had multiple Spanish speakers in our group so it was no problem - but worth noting :)

Absolute Paradise

This property was phenomenal. The layout is pure paradise and the Casa de Campo community is an amazing location to take a relaxing vacation. The staff as well was extremely accommodating and the food made by the chef on site is infinitely better than anything you will eat at the various restaurants on property in Casa de Campo.
