The property was very well laid out. It is very good for two families with identical setups on the 1st and 2nd floors. The outdoor space is amazing. There are a number of different seating areas and the view over the golf course is great. Laura (property manager) was great. Very communicative and proactive. Very helpful in organizing reservations and making sure that everything was ready for our stay. Giver her a 10/10. There were a few issues;Some of the furniture was run down. Some of the dresser drawers did not operate and were missing handles. The water pressure in the showers is very low. You could only take one shower at a time and have no other water running in the house. Even then it was difficult to wash long hair. The staff was not very attentive. The butler was not proactive in asking what we needed to make our stay better. The cook was grumpy but was able to make some good dishes towards the end with direction. The housekeeper was OK. Cloths came back wrinkled after washing.
