- entrance / wardrobe and library
- 2 bedrooms (1 with 1 bed of 160 cm + 1 with 2 beds of 80x190),
- living room with sofa bed (130x190), view of the terrace and the garden,
- fully equipped kitchen,
- bathroom including WC,
- access to the south-east facing terrace and garden.

Childcare: Possibility of adding a baby bed, barrier installed in front of the stairs to the washing machine access, small bathtub for babies or small children ...

Sheets and towels are rented (15 € / person)
Pets are not accepted
The stilettos either (because of the floor)
WIFI, Fiber Internet equipment
Dishwasher, microwave and all kitchen equipment.
TV DVD and VCR, Hifi + tuner.
Small BBQ, plancha, garden furniture, deckchairs, old bikes and child trailer on loan.
Easy parking in the street and adjacent streets and possibility to park in front of the house from the 1st to the 15th of each month.
Most often weekly rental, from Saturday to Saturday.
Decreasing fortnightly rates

Deposit not cashed = 500 €

The linen and bedding is optional: 15 € / pers

Arrivals are from 4 p.m., departures before 10 a.m., Saturdays.
