Huge home that is perfect for a family or golf stay. Everything was clean and smelled great backyard was beautiful and functional. Neighborhood was super quiet and it was close to shopping and golf!

Good property and good management. Check in and check out were well managed. Could have used a bit better instruction on the two different TV systems but all else was good.

We all enjoyed the house very much! The patio was great and the misters helped keep the temperature down a bit. My only suggestion would be to change out the rug in the back bedroom near the laundry room. It was a bit stained up. Other than that the house was in great shape. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and dishes, etc. the main tv room was great with a large couch to fit everyone! There were a few things we needed along the way and the management company was super quick to help. We would absolutely stay here again!!!

This is the fourth time our family has stayed in this home. We’ve been renting 5star+ vacation homes in Thermal for the past six years. This one tops them all! It’s large and spacious. The furnishings are high end. The beds are really comfortable with high quailty bedding. Each bedroom has its own thermostat. Black out drapes are an option for total privacy or you can wake up to the gorgeous sunrise overlooking the unobstructed golf course. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking and entertaining. The appliances are professional grade. There are numerous entertainment options inside to suit every interest, with two separate living rooms. Video gaming, board games, a book collection, pool table and plenty of areas to relax and play in this amazing mansion. There is a two car garage and a garage door opener is in included. The property also has garbage removal service once a week and the large fridge in the garage is a nice perk to store drinks. The backyard is the best feature! Incredible heated pool/hot tub and a swim up bar are only the beginning. The excessive outdoor seating areas and lounge chairs are resort worthy. The outdoor kitchen, grill, fridge and misters are a huge hit when barbecuing with friends. The fire pit and private putting green are a fan favorite with our teenage kids. The home is also equipped for babies and small children. The kids love the pool toys. The house has been newly remodeled and it’s clean and immaculate. It’s obvious that every conceivable need or want has been planned, prior to arrival. The staff has always been outstanding by responding to any of our questions or needs, immediately. Whether it’s requesting a gate pass, last minute, or a simple question about locating something, they made us feel welcome and cared for. Don’t wait to book this house. It’s a rare gem. The photos do not accurately describe how truly perfect this property is.. Book early and plan ahead because this one goes fast.

This was a fabulous house with plenty of space for all 12 of us. We loved the pool, the putting green and the pool table. the kitchen was so well stocked had every pot and pan we ever needed lots of spices on hand and plenty of dishes . The property management company was wonderful to work with

We had an amazing stay in this brand new, beautiful home. The home is better than the photos. The beds and linens are wonderful and the kitchen had everything we needed. The pool and hot tub were gorgeous and fun. This was truly an immaculate and seamless stay. My one and only complaint is the master bedroom closet is locked and there was not any place to hang clothing in the master sweet. We will definitely be back again and the host was amazing. Any questions were answered immediately.

Couldn't have asked for a better house and host for our trip! Everything was perfect from start to finish. Karen and her team were very responsive and accessible at all hours to assist with anything we may have needed. The check in and check out process were seamless and the house exceeded our expectations. We will definitely be returning again and look forward to our next visit!

We had a wonderful time staying in this home that has every possible luxury. The home is spacious and great for large dinners indoors and out. We enjoyed the backyard. with the resort-style pool, hot tub, fire pit, and outdoor seating. Book this while you can. It's a rare gem.

The property was amazing. Breathtaking as you walk in. The Master bedroom is amazing. The minor details as far as rating goes is why I gave it 4 stars. For a property of that value and amenities. The tv’s sound and smart TV app interface was a little outdated. Need of an upgrade. And some of the Pots, Pans, and dishes were dirty. Other than that, fantastic property.

Spent a week at this amazing property. We had a great time. This house is a 10 out of 10. The definition of luxury. From the beautiful pool and jacuzzi to the putting green and pool table. I highly recommend this property.

Over all the property had everything we needed. They do an odd sheeting set up. The master bedroom had no sheets at all. Just the mattress pad and the duvet. We had to call to get sheet to sleep on top of. None were available in the house. All other bedrooms had a sheet to cover the mattress pad but no sheet option to sleep under. Only 2 towels per bathroom. Most women like 2 towels themselves, and one for their spouse. Everything else was great. Kitchen had everything you need. Grill worked. Laundry room was perfect, backyard was wonderful. TV's were all easy to work. Space is vast. Thanks!!!

Had a fantastic time. The house is top class yet very comfortable. All amenities were found. And our property manager host was over the top good! She even went out of her way to make sure we had a blender when we could not find one. Terrific!
