Disappointed

Disappointing and misleading photos. Property is not well taken care of. Pool was green and murky. Rips and stains on much of the furniture. Tape holding a lot of broken things together like the casita towel rack and remotes. Lots of dirty dishes upon arrival. 2 bedrooms can only be accessed through the master making it awkward for everyone. Did not enjoy our stay and stayed indoors much of the time because the pool area and pool itself was terrible. WiFi went out Sat morning and there is barely any cell service in the area. Rebooted multiple times and still didn’t work. Very frustrating.

Pretty, secure neighborhood

Everything was great except for one item. The layout of the house. The problem was that there were three bedrooms linked to one another WITHOUT a hallway, meaning our group of friends needed to either walk through other bedrooms to access the living room/kitchen area, or they needed to walk outside and then back in. It wasn't going to ruin our trip but it was not clear during the research process and the property layouts did not make it clear there was no hallway. Other than that, there were a few small items like a missing grill lighter and no garage door opener to put in your car.

Wonderful week

Beautiful property in a quiet neighborhood. It was hard to discern the bedroom layout online; the twin bedroom access is only through MBr2, but we were all family so made it work. The backyard is fantastic, though we did not use the pool because it was cool weather - 60’s. The common area worked so well for us, could seat 8 for dinner, another round table for cards, and a large sectional for TV. Having a bar refrigerator was nice too. Would rent again!

Quiet Oasis

Wonderful house! Layout is perfect for extended family. Pool and hot tub overlook the course. So quiet and relaxing! Manager was amazing to work with and so quick to respond. Will definitely stay here again!

Family Vacay Weekend

Spent the weekend at this property will my Mother and siblings from out of town. Property was large and clean. Management was fantastic from the beginning with all pertinent info on the home. We were greeted upon arrival and they ensured we could get the Dodgers playoff game on the TV. The layout is a bit wonky but fine for us since it was just family. You have to pass thru bedrooms to access other bedrooms. Again, fine for us since it was all family. The grounds were well kept and everything worked. Pool was great and heated quickly as well as the spa. I’m would definitely return again.

Guys Golf Trip

Excellent spot for our PGA West Golf Trip. House was great: clean, roomy, excellent pool and spa. Location was incredible. Host was very attentive and always responded immediately. 6 guys on a golf trip and everyone enjoyed the accommodations!

Would stay again

Stayed for Coachella Music Festival weekend with a group of 10 people. It was very spacious, clean, and relaxing after a long day at the music festival. The host was very friendly and responsive. Didn’t have any problems during the weekend we stayed there. Only thing was the rooms was very confusing but we figured it out, other than that we would book this place again! Thank you!

Amazing neighborhood

I have to express, without a doubt, this accommodation surpassed all others we've experienced. Our group truly felt a bit of sorrow when it was time to leave. The accuracy of the listing and the unparalleled cleanliness stood out impressively. The tranquility of the area, the stunning views, the considerate design of the home, along with all the additional thoughtful touches, were absolutely remarkable. Having rented many properties before, the promptness and helpfulness of the property manager in addressing our questions and suggesting local activities were exceptional. Golf Weekend

The property was great and served our golf weekend well. Great backyard and spacious house. The location was central to all the courses we played. There was one issue with the spa heater, which the management fixed in an extremely timely manner. Overall, a great golf weekend!

Spa below the Palms

Fabulous pool/jacuzzi combo set in a spectacular setting beside Nicklaus Private. We were in the water the whole time. Great grill set up and kitchen is beautiful, big and well appointed. House is nice but strange bedroom layout and dated furnishings. We will be back!

Overall wonderful stay

Despite pouring rain, we had a great time. Eddy was very responsive and we loved how we were able to email or text him when we had a question and he responded right away. The only thing about this house that you need to know is that one of the bedrooms is in a casita not in the main building and two of the rooms are only accessible through the master bedroom. This created a big problem or us because we were three separate families and all the kids had to go through one of the couples’ master bedrooms to get to their room and they didn’t feel comfortable doing that so my kids ended up having to sleep on the couches and two other kids slept on the floor in their parents’ rooms. We basically ended up not using the room with the two queens at all and 4 of the kids ended up sleeping on the floor and couches. If we had known the arrangement, we may have chosen a different house for our group. Aside from this issue, everything was great. Also the view of the pool and golf course feels like Hawaii. Truly increíble.

Family reunion

Easy rental process. Instructions for arrival were super clear and Clay was available when needed. Did have some issues with the hot tub but were able to follow Clay’s directions to resolve. House set up is interesting as you must go through one master to access two other bedrooms. But since this was all family, it wasn’t an issue for us.

Another great stay!

This is our second time renting the house for Coachella festival, last time it was pre-pandemic in 2019. The house is wonderful for large groups. It was 9 of us, and a local family member came by to visit for the day. The house is large enough to give everyone privacy, it's clean and has everything that you need to make meals for a large group. The pool was warm on the cool evenings and the grill was awesome. We'd definitely rent it again in the future! If you're going to the festival it's about a 15 minute drive and close to grocery stores and shops.
