Beautiful home. One bedroom with large bed, and another bedroom with two twin beds. No pullout couch beds. So would be good for small family or small group of sharing friends.

Can't beat it!

You cannot beat this location! The place is nice, full of everything you'll need and you can walk everywhere. The resort being so close is the best for early morning coffee walks or just a walk after dinner. We will definitely be back!

A lot of potential - very disappointing. No Wifi.

Property itself is in good proximity to La Quinta resort. There is ample room for a family and the kitchen is well stocked. Unfortunately (like other reviewers), the house seems dingy/needs a deep clean. The living room and 2nd floor carpet desperately need to be deep cleaned (I'd argue 2nd floor should be replaced). Biggest issue(s): **We had no WIFI or Cable for our entire stay** - they kept sending people to fix it (which is separately disruptive/annoying) and the garage door only worked for 1 day. I wasn't worried about security, as much as the weather (100+ degrees made it hard to get into car. I finally asked VRBO to refund us 1 night due to the wifi/cable issues and they only gave us a partial amount back. Would not stay here again.

Great Place and Location

The place is located in an excellent location with access to many restaurants. We went for many walks at the resort next-door and ate at some of their restaurants. We enjoyed the backyard pool. It was well maintained the unit had everything we needed but it’s how’s its age. It could use a few Reno’s but it’s fine for a few days.

Great getaway

Overall, we had a great stay. At check in we were told to bring our trash to the receptacle in the garage upon checkout. When we arrived that receptacle was overflowing with trash from past guests and I notified management. I was told to just leave it on the existing pile of trash. The place needs minor repairs, but overall the location was great and it was roomy and clean.

Cute Place

The property is located ideally close to all La Quinta resort features (restaurants, golf, pool/hot tub, and tennis). The place itself is charming but a bit dated. That said, the price is right. And the unit was very clean upon arrival. There are no local TV stations, so if it is football season, you will need a Roku account (which we did not want to sign up for). The wifi works great. The beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of closet space. The kitchen lacked some basic amenities, but we were not entertaining, so it was not a big deal. The sliding glass window shades in the living room need to be replaced. The electrical outlets did not work when we arrived, but the house manager (Vacasa) was great and took care of it immediately. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, and again, it is a good value compared to many of the other overpriced rentals in the area. We would absolutely stay there again!

Charming Place!

Lovely spot in LaQuinta! Tennis Villa was comfortable and the perfect spot to enjoy the resort activities. Walking distance to tennis, Pickleball and restaurants. Vacasa did a great job of sending property and check in details. Great value for a weekend getaway!

Great location at La Quinta

This was a nice place to stay for a few nights. Condo is right next to the pool & jacuzzi. The location on the resort grounds is excellent. Restaurants and other amenities on site at the resort. The condo was comfortable and came equipped with the basics. Some areas/items could use repair or updating.

Excellent stay!

We loved our stay at the tennis villa! The house is very cutely decorated, all the codes for garage, checkin, the pool, etc., worked easily and beautifully. Highly recommend!

Cute place in a great area

The overall rating for this villa would be “awesome”. Very cute villa with comfortable accommodations. I do have some constructive criticism however. 1. Bathmats are sorely needed in the tubs. Very slippery and difficult to get in and out of. 2. None of the outlets in the bathrooms work. Very frustrating trying to find a working outlet to dry hair, style hair, etc. We did it on the floor while holding the appliance into the socket with one hand. 3. A box of tissues would have been nice. Not even necessary to put one in each bathroom. But just one maybe in a general area. 4. The towels were definitely non-absorbent. Maybe they were brand new and hadn’t been washed yet. But they sure didn’t absorb any water. Small improvements but big impact! Linda Carroll

Great time at the tennis villa

The location is amazing. Literally one minute walk from the tennis courts. The house is spacious and nicely equipped. I only wish they had tennis channel, but it's minor. The instructions were clear, just the management company was not as responsive as I expected. I would stay there again.

Short getaway in the sunny desert

We very much enjoyed our stay in this quaint private villa located at one of the many gated communities in the greater Palm Springs area. There was plenty of room and privacy, with all of the amenities of a private home. Highly recommeded.
