Coachella 2025!

I love this place, my group of 6 stayed here while we attended Coachella 2025 and it made the experience so much more memorable! When we weren’t at the festival, we were in our own little piece of heaven. The home feels so warm and welcoming and I couldn’t imagine wanting to stay anywhere else!

Great house and close to Indian Wells Tennis Garden

We were in town for three days to see tennis at Indian Wells. The house is close to the tennis grounds. It’s a very comfortable house and the host was so accommodating and helpful. We would love to go back next year for more tennis!

Convenient and generously, well-stocked - a great value!

The hosts' home is as nice as it looks in photos and is well-located in La Quinta's Santa Rosa Cove neighborhood, a little over a mile from charming Old Towne La Quinta's shops and many restaurants. It is about 6 blocks from the pedestrian bike and walking trails that encircle the 4 miles around the Cove, and is about as close to the trailhead at the end of the Cove where popular hikes of 1 hour to one day abound. The kitchen is better stocked than any short term rental I've seen, and bathroom and other supplies like towels are more than ample. The tile floors aren't covered by rugs that cling to the dust which inevitably make carpeting a poor idea in the desert. Neighbors are quiet and the streets aren't busy most of the day though being on the corner means when you're outside on the patio you will hear cars passing. In terms of value in La Quinta, this property offers a great deal. Forbthe previous 20 years we had rented in the month of March in the other 'Santa Rosa Cove' behind the La Quinta Resort. Similarly sized properties there were built over 40 years ago and are tired if they haven't been renovated. Yet because of proximity to the resort, they charge 2 to 4 times more depending on condition and location. You don't get what you pay for there.

Great spot!

Clean & comfortable! Really enjoyed the pool & Jacuzzi for our Stagecoach experience. Mornings in the pool and afternoon/evening at the festival. No one is sore, probably from relaxing before heading to the party! Less than 2 miles to the shuttle drop off which was perfect! Highly recommend!

Grill and chill at this lovely home!

We absolutely loved this house! It was clean, quiet and the open floor plan made it great for cooking and just hanging out. Plus, we loved that we had a couple of grill options (charcoal and gas). We were in the area for a music festival and actually made it to the festival late on most days, because we were enjoying the pool and hot tub at the house. The temps were between 92-100 degrees during our stay, so we didn't even need to heat the pool. Erin was very responsive and accommodating and we look forward to renting this lovely home again.

Quiet home in LQ

We were 4 guys from Vancouver on our annual golf trek to PSP. We enjoyed our stay. The house is in a very quiet neighbourhood and was very comfortable. Having the hot tub was excellent after golfing. The kitchen is well stocked with everything needed, there are lots of extra towels, linens etc if required. As others have noted, a couple of minor things to improve...the two single beds are on the shorter side, suitable for kids but not for tall adults. Some of the outdoor deck chairs are past their prime. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others. Thank you Erin for allowing us to stay at your house.

Great Alternative to PGA West

Great location and easy access to the golf courses at PGA West, but closer to down town La Quinta which was great. House was clean, quiet and very well equipped. We didn't cook, but the house is definitely set up for it if you want to avoid restaurants. Easy walk to the cove for hiking (maybe a little too far to walk to dinner). Host and communication was amazing.

Happy Birthday/Sistah Fun!!

3 sisters from different parts of the country like to get together whenever possible. The oldest had never been to Palm Springs area before (and it was her 80th birthday!) so it was the obvious choice. And we picked the The Best!! A very comfy cozy spot to hang out, enjoy each other and near places to have fun! Thanks, Erin!

Great long weekend pool getaway

I have stayed at many La Quinta cove properties and this is one I’d book again. The pool is the largest I’ve found as it’s a corner lot with extra space and the mountain views are wonderful. The house had three great sized bedrooms and the home was stocked well with all the amenities one could want. Kitchen appliances all functioned well. The only additions I wanted was an umbrella poolside (shade was hard to come by) and new patio table chairs outside the kitchen as they are disintegrating. Minor criticisms to our overall enjoyable stay. The hostess was super responsive. Book here, you won’t be disappointed. Thank you Erin.

Loved staying in La Quinta Cove

We were in this property for 2 1/2 months, so had a lot of time to both enjoy and find faults. In general, we loved staying there. The pool and garden were frequently and nicely maintained. It's a great place to take walks from, heading to the trails along and toward the end of the Cove. We even walked into Old Town one day--be aware that it is uphill on the way back! The house had everything we needed, except the stove was problematic and the microwave died more than a week before we left and no replacement or counter model was offered. We did not pay to heat the pool and it was too cool this Jan-Mar to use it. If we could have, there were plenty of pool floats and toys available.The patio is lovely and we did use the spa often. It worked well and despite numerous storms that blew a lot of debris into the yard and pool, the staff maintaining the spa/pool water and the yard and kept everything very clean and pleasant. We also enjoyed the outdoor gas fire. We had assumed wrongly that the indoor fireplace was gas. It is not, and since we were unsure about using it with wood, we did not. All in all, if the stove was repaired and the microwave replaced we would enjoy staying here again and would recommend it to others.

Wonderful home in La Quinta Cove

We love everything about this home. Comfortable beds, fully-equipped kitchen, good wifi and a fabulous pool that we swam in every day, sometimes twice. And you can't beat the location in La Quinta Cove, the quiet neighborhood just blocks from trails leading into Fred Wolff Bear Creek Nature Preserve and the San Jacinto National Monument. And very close to downtown with shopping and excellent restaurants, tennis and pickleball. Access to the home was easy. Directions on using the home and its amenities (hot tub!) were clear. And Erin is the perfect property manager. We'd return in a heartbeat. David & Sherrie, northern CA

Sante Fe Stunner, indeed

Stayed for 5 days while attending a conference and the entire experience was A+++. Everything I needed was provided and Erin was awesome with her communication and feedback. SUPER quiet neighborhood, which made the evenings in the hot tub even more enjoyable. Will definitely stay here again, if I’m in the area. Superb, superb, superb.

Girls Trip

This house was perfect and abosoultly Beautiful. We do a girls trip to the area yearly and this house was great. Between the pool, hot tub, fire pit and open floor plan we always have somewhere to hang out and relax.

Great home, fantastic location

Loved our stay at this home, and the location was absolutely perfect… close to hiking, pickleball, and old town La Quinta. The home was even better than described and had everything we needed for our weeklong stay. Would highly recommend.

Ok for guy’s golf trip.

The place served our purposes but it could use some TLC. The two single beds aren’t really suited for adults (short and not great quality). Cable TV would have been nice for channel surfing in the evening. Hot tub was great, didn’t use the pool.

A bit of heaven

The house has a wonderful view of the mountains, well laid out, super comfortable and charming desert decor..wonderful tile, great beds, spacious kitchen, excellent well stocked kitchen, pool and jacuzzi are terrific. I tried to rent next year and they are booked! This is a fabulous find!
