The house and yard were beautiful and suited our group of 9 perfectly! We had a few questions/needs upon arrival and they were answered promptly and taken care of right away. Would highly recommend this place!

Amazing weekend stay! The house was spotless and comfortable, but the real star was the outdoor space—beautiful patio, plenty of seating, and a stunning pool perfect for relaxing all day. Couldn’t have asked for a better spot to unwind. Highly recommend!

Amazing Stay

My friends and I had such a fun stay at this property. The house is beautiful with so much room! It was clean and comfortable with an awesome couch! The outside was nice with lots of seating and a big, beautiful pool. Eddy was always readily available for any questions we had. One of the most wonderful things though, was the kindness that Eddy showed our group. We were there celebrating an awesome milestone of one of my friends. Eddy took the time to have a surprise waiting for us to congratulate her. It was so kind and thoughtful. We will definitely be staying here again!

Yearly golf trip with my brothers. My wife and kids enjoyed the house and amazing pool and backyard. We grilled and the set up was awesome for entertaining outside. Also house is extremely close toMany golf courses. Makes it a 10mins or so drive to almost any location. Highly recommend this house!

Pool house

The house was clean, well-maintained, and overall very comfortable. We specifically chose this property for the pool and spa, but unfortunately, we were unable to use them during our stay. The pool appeared green and seemed unfit for use. A pool technician did come out to address the issue, but the water did not clear up before our departure. The host refunded half of the 150 pool heating fee, which we appreciated, although we had hoped for a full refund since we were unable to use either the pool or spa. Despite this, the home itself was pleasant and well cared for.

Boxing Day into New Years stay 2024-2025

Very beautiful, safe and quiet neighbourhood. Host was very quick to respond to any questions or concerns that we had. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Outside kitchen area was a bonus for prepping meals and cooking. Hot tub gets to a nice warm temperature for relaxing. House and pool was clean and made for a relaxing and rejuvenating vacation for my family!! Would definitely stay again!!

Family vacay

Stay was great, some minor concerns with wood pallets being broken in the backyard, my son got a splinter but was okay. Also, just a note, there’s moisture in the floor boards in multiple areas of the house, and what looks to be mold, bottom left of the fridge and bathroom closest to garage. Otherwise, it was a relaxing and great stay with family!

Our new go to spot!!

Everything about this house and the host were amazing!!! House was perfect, the pool, the side yard, the beds, the space!!! Literal perfection. Amazing location. We had a few issues (dust storm made outdoor furniture dirty—normal for the desert) and they were resolved IMMEDIATELY!! Host was so communicative. Also important to note that this was the only house I’ve ever stayed at where the pool and hot tub were both heated. We can’t WAIT to go back.

Annual Golf Vacation

Cant give a 5 star rating as the yard was a disaster! Both the front and back yards have not been maintained, grass is all just fried, trees were over grown by 5 feet and shrubs have overtaken the walkways as well. The watering system had a huge tear in the pipe from overgrown roots, this contributed to the lack of water pressure to keep the system fully charged hence the grass was totally burnt. 10 days into our 15 day stay they did send a yard service into to do what they could to clean up the yard, too little to late. Other than the yard the house and pool were real nice. This is a pure rental property, no owners stay here. It has a ton of potential but needs an owner willing to pay for the upkeep.

Good stay, house required some repairs

This was our second year staying at the house for spring break. We chose the listing again for its proximity to our friends home. The lay out is great for families and the large backyard is a huge bonus. We did notice some items that have been damaged or needing repair (broken garage door was fixed while we were there, spa/pool heater not working and needed cleaned and irrigation/mud in yard) the property manager was very responsive and corrected most issues but it was a slight inconvenience to coordinate and have repair people there during our vacation.

Great family gathering place.

This house has an excellent backyard/pool/hot tub set up. We thought it was even nicer than the photos. Pool and hot tub heated up nicely in 65-70 degree weather. Plenty of places to sit/lounge. The house has a very well stocked kitchen; better than most rentals. Spacious main suite. One of the bedrooms is at the opposite end of the house from the others and has its a bath adjacent to it. Almost like an additional master bedroom. The location was perfect for our purposes. Close to the Indian Wells Tennis Garden, close to Old Town LaQuinta and El Paseo in Palm Desert. We'd rent this place again.

Perfect Getaway

House was beautiful exactly as advertised. Great pool and outdoor area for entertaining and nice secure yard for our small dog. Close to everything and nice clean and quiet neighborhood. Very well stocked kitchen. all bedrooms and bathrooms super clean. We will definitely be coming back. Thank you Eddy!

Chill weekend getaway

Just 8 50+ guys for a weekend of chilling and golf. BBQ for dinners and hanging in the jacuzzi before and after golf. Place was perfect for us and had lots of room. Nice table for dinner and games after. Great kitchen also.
