Highly recommend this property! It has the best equipped kitchen of any VRBO we’ve ever stayed in, and the house is clean and comfortable. John and Deb are easy to work with and very responsive to any issues. Can’t wait to come back!

This was our third time staying at this house, and once again, everything was absolutely perfect. The home is always spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The location is ideal, and the pool is such a great bonus — we spent hours enjoying it every day. We couldn’t be happier with our stay and will definitely be back again. Highly recommend!

Doesn't get any better

We can't say enough about how lovely John and Deb's house is. It truly felt like home. Right through the booking process and during our time at the house, John was incredibly responsive and helpful. The house itself is in a perfect location, close to everything's and stocked with everything you could possibly need. Beautifully furnished and decorated, with plenty of bedrooms, a large formal living and dining area, and a wonderfully comfortable family room off the kitchen. And the patio out back is perfect for relaxing. Again, plenty of comfortable seating, umbrellas, and pool toys. The house is in an exceptionally well maintained community. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and would not hesitate to come back!

A+ home away from home

John and Deb’s place is awesome. Roomy, comfy and well laid out, the house is great for hosting friends and family. It has all the amenities you can ask for a desert vacay: Pool, bikes, hot tub, BBQ, great patio set up, stocked kitchen. The location in La Quinta is perfect, close to the shops on the 111 freeway as well as old La Quinta. We had very few problems but anything that came up John was super attentive and helpful in resolving the issue. This was our second stay at this property and we will be back for a third!

Our hosts were organized and communicative, and took extra steps to make sure we were comfortable and knowledgeable about the house when we arrived. The place was clean and well stocked with basic supplies. The kitchen was first rate. Everything was easy. We’d rent from them again!

Five Star Property

We have been traveling to Palm Springs for over 20 years and have stayed in dozens of properties. John was, by far, the most professional, accommodating, caring "landlord" I have dealt with in all those years. The house was exquisite - just as described, perfect location, amenities to spare. Everything was immaculate upon arrival, and John was accommodating throughout our stay. You can tell that maintaining high quality is very important, and the care and thoughtfulness were felt throughout. We would love to book the place through them again.

Great stay in the desert

John and Deborah’s property is as advertised. The home is beautiful, has everything you need for a great stay, and set up for a fun time. I had different groups of friends and family visit during the month we rented and the place is set up fantastic to host larger groups of loved ones in addition to my family. The location is perfect to enjoy most things in the La Quinta area. John was incredibly responsive during the booking process and during our stay, addressing any questions about the property and checking in to make sure we were having a great time there. Bonus points to John who was very accommodating about moving our dates during the pandemic which was very much appreciated. Great house, great value, nice people. Don’t think twice about booking this home.

Favorite Retreat

The property is ideally located in a gated community of large single family homes. It's very private and quiet. With a pool and hot tub to enjoy after a round of golf along with a grill what more could you ask for? This is an ideal property for a large family.

Spacious Home & Excellent Location

This spacious home is beautifully decorated and clean. The kitchen is well stocked with all kinds of cooking implements, pots, pans, casserole dishes, etc. Great back yard with lots of seating and lounge chairs. This place was perfect for us and we will be returning next year!

Great in every respect

Absolutely terrific property in every respect, great indoor space plus we “lived” in the pool area most of the day and then after dinner to relax. Deb and John are the most responsive hosts I have ever seen and really care that their guests are happy. This place is a find.

Amazing home to stay longterm

I stayed at John and Deb's house with my boyfriend, another couple, and a 5th friend during the summer to get out of New York City during the Covid shutdown and WFH in La Quinta. We loved the house so much we extended our stay two different times (5 weeks became 10 weeks!). The house was clean and very easy to check-in to in a private gated community. The location was central- near all necessary shopping places (Costco, Walmart, Target, groceries, restaurants, etc.). For any maintenance issues we had, John and Deb immediately took care of the issue and had a handyman come same day or the next. The pool came with fun floaties + pool maintenance crew came twice a week to keep the pool clean. The hottub and pool lit up which is very fun at night. With 5 of us working remotely (some with multiple devices), the wifi would sometimes drop out or if we were streaming (chromecasting/airplay) our laptops for Netflix/Hulu to the TV. Overall, the stay was lovely and would love to come back!

Just a 2 week stay.

We were stuck in La Quinta unable to get home to Boston because of Coronavirus and John and Deb’s house provided the perfect 2 week oasis until we were able to arrange transportation home. Everything in the house was as advertised and the hosts leaned over backwards to accommodate our desire to shelter in place. Very nice experience.

We had a wonderful time at this property. It exceeded expectations on every level. It is clean and spacious and has everything you could need to sit back and relax. And did we mention the mountain views?! Only downside is that it is already booked by someone else for next year. We’ll definitely be back!

LOVE this pool home!

Beautiful spacious home

Had a wonderful stay for Christmas with our family. Lots of room, clean, comfortable beds, nice size pool with big backyard. Great location for shopping. Pictures are as described and Owner very responsive. Very quiet area and gated. Will be back.
