Enjoyable

The home is in a great location in PGA West. Sunrise views. The pool table was a lot of fun as it’s always nice to have an activity. The beds are a little on the softer side. Whitney was very responsive and checked in with us as well.

Nice house, BUT...

First of all, this house is very nice. It was very clean and open. It was exceptionally well stocked. It was in a great location on the golf course. Plenty of hot water. Nice outdoor area. Even got an early check in. So generally most of the things you would want. That said, we felt like the owner went way overboard in trying to control things. First text was about how air conditioning can't be set below 72 degrees at night (FYI, the master got very warm), and other guests would set their thermostat only to find it moved to a warmer temp in the middle of the night. Then a text to remember to shut blinds. Then a text that the front door was left ajar (not wide open, just not locked, and while we were inside, maybe a few minutes). Then to top it off, two texts and two emergency phone calls on our last day telling me that we had to immediately clean our stuff and get out (owner made a mistake on the day we were supposed to leave). That one ruined my last day. I am sure this home owner is concerned about her house. But we rented the house, and took good care of it. We don't want anyone monitoring out noise levels (yep, they do that too) or controlling what we set the house temperatures to. So we all felt like their was way too much involvement and worry by the owner. Summary, nice house, way to controlling owner.

Wonderful Golf rental

We were a group of four golfers who make a yearly golf trip. This year was La Quinta. The home was very comfortable, clean and well stock. It's as a great location for golf as well as accessing places to eat and groceries. The home owner was very communicative and helped make our stay very enjoyable. I highly recommend this property.

We had a wonderful stay! Bedroom set up is ideal, with each having their own bathroom. Everyone thought the beds were comfortable. Nice touch to have a start of shampoo/conditioner/lotion. Just keep a heads up when sitting outside. We had several golf balls almost hit us! Two plopped in the pool while we were out there!

Great place with friends

Love this home. We had 3 couples and each had a king bed. The spa was awesome. Overall a great place to enjoy friends and golf. Plan on coming back next year! Thanks to the owners for making this a great experience.

As Advertised

The property was everything we had hoped for. Beautiful, roomy, clean, and filled with everything needed to enjoy a nice family get away. Working with Whitney was such a pleasure as well. She went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful time and felt at home. Also, we were able to navigate around Hurricane Hilary together as well so all in all, this trip and property exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend to anyone considering renting.

Fully equipped, beautiful home met all of our needs

Our family loved our week in this La Quinta home. Whitney, the host, was lovely to work with - efficient and thorough communications, immediate responses to questions, seamless check-in/check-out, and accommodated around a couple of our unique needs. Wonderful! What we enjoyed about the property - my son commented that this VRBO felt like someone's wonderful home, not a rental. Also, each bedroom has a bathroom plus there is a half bath off of the dining room as well which was key for our group of 4 couples. The kitchen has everything you might need for any meal you plan - this was great for us as we ate many meals at home during the week. There are books, puzzles, games, pool floats - anything we needed, it was available. The view from the lanai/pool is beautiful as the golfers play through nearby. The mountains/sunsets are stellar in the early evening. Being able to park our cars and store golf clubs in the large garage was appreciated as well. We've stayed in La Quinta at other properties in the past and this 4BR, 4BA home surpasses them by far. We plan to return again and again!

Wonderful time at PGA West Home

We recently stayed at the home over Thanksgiving week. The house was really well stocked and clean upon arrival. The rooms were of good size with their own bathrooms. The beds were really comfortable as well. Whitney always stayed in touch and was great to rent from. We really enjoyed our stay !

Great Place

Loved this house, we picked the hottest weekend of the year but we truly enjoyed our stay. Whitney was in constant communication and made access super easy. Spent the day in the pool and actually never left. Kitchen is well stocked, and we cooked all of our meals. We were able to get all of the cars in the garage which was nice as well. We will definitely return.

Wonderful Trip

This house was amazing! It’s very well kept and has everything you could ever need. The beds were so comfortable! We all enjoyed the great backyard and pool. We would definitely like to come back sometime. Whitney was very responsive and a great host.
