This place is incredible! Great location and the house is clean, large, private rooms, quiet. Beautiful home and backyard . The pool and hot tub were awesome. John is great to deal with, responsive, and the whole process was seamless. Can’t say enough about this place, we will be back for sure!

Amazing property with a secluded backyard. Great service all the way around. I would come back and stay at this home. I’ve been going to La Quinta for years and this was truly a great experience. We wanted to stay another day and John made it happen with ease. 10 out of 10 on expectations for the price point.

Great house for groups!

Our group of 5 had a relaxing pool house vacation. The house is clean and beautiful. The pool was perfect for our group. John, the property owner, was quick to respond to questions. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Week in PGA West

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at Medinah. The house was comfortable and fully stocked with everything we needed. The back yard and pool were private and comfortable with a perfect amount of both sunny and shaded areas.

Perfect family getaway

Beautiful home with everything we needed and more! The outdoor pool area was perfect with sun and shade options! Lots of pool floats and toys provided! The bedrooms were spacious with comfortable beds! Super attentive host with quick response time! We will be back for sure!

4th of July Weekend

Started with a reservation of a nice PGA home. Requested an early check in and was denied because of availability which is fair. Arrived at 430pm. Owner wasn’t able to give us a mobile check in code so left the door unlocked. We proceeded to do our local grocery shopping. Returned at 8pm ish to find the inside and outside of the home overtaken by crickets and cockroaches. It was literally a constant battle with crickets coming into the kitchen and laundry area. I must’ve killed 40+ crickets inside within an hour on our first evening. I messaged the owner who said he would send someone out the next day. We did not have any communication with him until we departed 5 days later. The home was very nice but the constant battle with bugs overtook the weekend. We literally killed crickets, cockroaches, pincher bugs, and clicker bugs the entire weekend within the home. The owner’s lack of response was unfortunate . Upon checkout I notified the owner that the bug infestation continued throughout our stay. He simply said he would contact his pest control which is what I was told 7/3 with absolutely no response. Won’t stay at another one of these properties. Note: I am NEVER one to complain or leave a poor review. This was a very unfortunate show experience

Amazing property!

We picked the hottest weekend for our visit. However, this house was perfect! The pool was amazing and great for our whole family. Plenty of pool toys and floats for everyone. Living space was large and accommodating and kitchen had all the amenities. The best part was how well the AC worked. We were never uncomfortable in the house 24/7, even though it was 113+ outside. John was a great host and very responsive. We will definitely be back!

Fabulous Home To Relax In

We stayed here for two nights in April - weekend two of Coachella. The house is situated in PGA West - Jack Nicklaus and the location was perfect - it was peaceful and serene, a world away from the Coachella scene. I would love to stay here for a week, just to relax and take in the landscaped grounds and golf course. Our dog loved sitting in the back garden, but be aware, that there is no fence at the back and it leads straight onto the golf course. It wasn't an issue for us, since our dog sticks to us like glue and doesn't wander far. The house itself was clean, spacious and the kitchen was well stocked with "the basics". The beds were comfortable and the en suites were well stocked with all the necessities - shampoo, body wash, conditioner etc. The pool was still a little cold, but I did manage a dip or two, to escape the desert afternoon heat. There are plenty of pool accessories in the garage, if you want to float away! My only suggestion would be more blackout type window treatments! There are blinds on all the windows, but for any light sleepers (me!), the room does lighten quite quickly in the morning. It wasn't a deal breaker, just a personal thing. Would I stay here again? Absolutely.

Very nice and comfortable

We were ready to chill out and relax and this house was perfect! Very comfortable, and has everything you need. Gorgeous pool! We walked all around the development and it’s amazing. Definitely would stay here again.
