perfect for our group

Don't think about it- just book it! This place had everything we needed and way more. Was a great way to spend a weekend with friends visiting LA. We popped over to the La Quinta resort for breakfast and dinner and spent our days lounging at the pool. perfect place for new parents and their friends. Can't wait to make it a yearly retreat :)

Teenage girls and moms trip

4 teen girls and 4 moms all shared this beautiful house for 2 nights. We all loved the amount of space and the fact that there were 4 full bathrooms for everyone to use. Even though we brought our own toiletries, each bathroom had plenty of shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, etc.

Amazing home with hotel like amenities.

Our stay at this townhome was truly wonderful! The gated community had a charming, almost cinematic feel in the best way possible. The combination of amenities, including the pools, hot tub, and onsite restaurant, made it feel like we were enjoying the perfect balance between the comfort of home and the perks of a hotel. Britta thought of absolutely everything to make our stay comfortable. Since we arrived after midnight and couldn’t get to a store until the next day, the welcome snacks were a delightful surprise—my teenagers were thrilled! Additionally, my daughter was so relieved to find an extra toothbrush after realizing she had forgotten hers. It’s the small gestures like these that made a huge impact on our experience. The communication was seamless, the home was impeccably clean, and the location was ideal for everything we wanted to do. There was more than enough space for our family of four, and we all felt right at home. We wouldn’t hesitate to book this property again in the future.

We love staying at Britta's place. It is clear and well-appointed, and the property is a perfect getaway for our young family. Britta is very organized and incredibly responsive if you have any needs while you are there. Can't wait to go back!

This is an amazing home! The decor is so pleasing. The owners provide so many extras! We were five long time friends. Having 4 bathrooms made it seem like each of us had her own bathroom. It was also so nice to have a garage for our cars. We would stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful mini vacation home.

Perfect getaway!

This home is absolutely adorable and in an immaculately designed and maintained quiet community conveniently located near everything we wanted to do. The home is decorated with with such charm and comfort, and has everything you could ever need. The host, Britta was so helpful and accommodating to any requests and quick to respond to all my questions. We enjoyed time together with our adult kids and our grandchild. The back porch and views were stunning and it felt like very few people were around. We also enjoyed the many pools and the hammock garden. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you, Britta!

Beautiful Home in Amazing area

Girls Trip

My family really enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfortable and the house stayed cool. There were lots of board games provided that we had fun playing. I brought pool towels and was pleasantly surprised that the hostess provided pool towels for those in my group that didn’t bring one. Lugging all our stuff to the pool was made easy because the hostess also provided a wagon, and we used some of the pool noodles. I would recommend this location because it’s a very short drive to dinner and dessert spots. We were able to get lunch at the pool grill onsite.

Perfect for families

One of the best places that we stayed in. It immediately felt like home for the family. It was well decorated and it had great creative touches. All needed information was in the book by the door. Awesome Family Getaway

Britta has a gorgeous home that was a perfect fit for our family and our goals. We loved the interior design and decor touches and the layout. The home was spotless, easy to access, and super quiet (in a relaxing way). We were incredibly impressed with all of the pool toys, coolers, kitchenware, gift basket, extra linens, and laundry room amenities. The guidebook was super helpful and led us to what would be our favorite pool as well. We also used the pools near the clubhouse and the fitness center which were all great. So many dinner options literally just minutes away. Within minutes of arrival we were regretting not booking a longer stay! We will book again soon!

Loved it!

I would 100% recommend this house. It was clean and comfortable, well appointed and stylishly decorated. The extra bathroom, garage, and snacks were bonuses! Britta is a welcoming and generous host. It’s a great location for visiting Joshua Tree NP, Indian Canyons, and Palm Springs.

What a wonderful and charming place to stay! The villa is located at the base of the beautiful rocky mountains in La Quinta - serene and stunning! One CHIC desert retreat was beautifully decorated, comfortable, and very spacious for our girls trip! I will definitely plan to book again when looking for a rental in Palm Desert!

Perfect for all ages

Our five night stay was lovely. The house was well appointed and was perfect for our family, which included an infant, toddler, and grandparents. We appreciated the travel cribs, toys, and kid friendly books. Even though it was December and the weather was on the cooler side, we were still able to use the heated pools. We would absolutely stay again!

Our new favorite at Legacy Villa!

We loved our stay at Britta's villa - it's so beautiful, well-stocked, and perfect for a family/multi-generational group. The fact that we didn't need to bring a pack and play or toys for our kids was a huge bonus! We've been coming to Legacy Villas for years and Britta's villa is the new villa we'll always try to book!

Every Amenity Possible. GREAT for families!

We had a fantastic stay! Britta was easy to communicate with and the property itself is beautifully updated and comfortable. The place had everything you could possibly need for a trip with small kids - high chair, pack-n-play, tons of pool toys, pool towels, books, list goes on and on. We can't wait to stay here again!

Great place to stay in the Legacy Villas

Family of four that had a wonderful time in this condo at the Legacy Villas. It is very clean and well appointed with all the things you need for your stay. Location is quiet in the back of the complex. Owner was really quick to respond to any questions and was kind enough to provide a welcome basket that we enjoyed. Highly recommend.

Beautiful Vacation Getaway

We have a lovely stay here. The unit is beautifully decorated with hardwood floors all over. It is perfect for a family. The kids loved the bunk bed. There are plenty of toys for the pool and even a cabinet with board games and puzzles. It was clean and well-stocked with supplies--kitchen items, pool towels, laundry room items and streaming TV. Highly recommend.
