Perfect for a weekend getaway

Stayed here with some friends & it was perfect for a girls trip! Very spacious & clean. Has everything you need for a weekend getaway. Check in & parking was easy.

A gem in LaQuinta

Great property within a great neighborhood. Lots of space inside to have enough space away from the kids if desired so you can work remotely. Has all the basics you need and are used to at your own home. Short drive away from anything you may need, CVS, restaurants, and an easy drive to the Polo club. Felt safe the entire time. Neighbors were quiet and security guard at the gate created a great environment for the family.

Wedding weekend

Myself and two other couples stayed here during a wedding weekend. This place was perfect! Plenty of space and very clean! Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were huge. Would recommend 10/10! The village is great too, with a wonderful gym and multiple pools. The host was very easy to reach, with a quick response time and went above and beyond by offering up recommendations for restaurant , hiking, and numerous activities nearby. I very much hope to return one day!

Another Great Girls Trip

Our 2nd year staying here for our girls trip and it was perfect. The Villa is so much more convenient than a hotel, with being able to have a kitchen, multiple bathrooms and plenty of pools on the property to choose from. We will definitely be back next year. Thank you to our hosts (again) ;)

All about Pickleball

Our group was in town due to the National Pickleball Tournament at Indian Wells Tennis Garden. The location was the big factor for us. We needed to be at IWTG very early each day & this location was perfect. It was about 9 minutes away. Neal was responsive & answered my questions very promptly. If we return next year, we will definitely rent this condo again.

Wonderful Girls Weekend! Perfect Place to Stay.

This was my first year planning our annual girls weekend to Palm Springs and surrounding areas. We have always stayed in Hotels/Resorts and this year being my first time as the decision maker on where to stay, I was nervous to book using VRBO and not a Hotel but it was PERFECT! So much better being able to feel a 'home vibe' and having a kitchen to eat in rather than spendy meals out the whole time. Everything was clean, the beds were very comfortable, no maintenance issues, check in instructions were thorough, and communication was great, and sitting outside with our morning coffee was perfect being directly adjacent to one of the fountains. A short walk to Pool 24 one day and the next we tried out the Clubhouse Pool which was great. Also a short walk and/or drive to La Quinta Resort if you want to eat out and have a few drinks. We have been doing girls trips for over 15 years and my friends and I are in agreement we will definitely book this same exact villa from Neal next time. Super stoked on all of it. Thanks so much.

Recent Stay at LA Quinta

Overall, I had a great experience. Location is very quiet Nice place for family to relax. The villa was magnificent, fully equipped and fully compliant with our expectations. The pool was amazing and omy kids spent as much time in it as possible. Everything is just as described and pictured. We will definitely stay here again.

Very Nice

Our immediate family of 8 (6 adults and two children) stayed for the weekend. The villa was very nice and accommodated all of our needs. The pool was nice and close - nice and clean. The outside temperature for both days that we were here was a high of 114F. It was nice to have very comfortable property to hang out in. Hosts were very accommodating and easy to talk with. There were no issues at all that needed their attention.

Nice place, nice amenities

Our stay at this unit was basically what we had hoped! The pool selection was great, we really enjoyed the big walk in pool with splash options, and loved being able to all be together in one unit which slept all 7 of us comfortably. Plenty of TV options, with included WiFi. We wished the kitchen were slightly better stocked with basics, and the carpets and tile were NOT clean, so that made walking around in socks or bare feet not super comfortable. The ice maker on the fridge stopped working on our second day there, but the owner replied right back when we texted him about it, letting us know he would call a repair person ASAP. They weren't able to get out to fix it while we were there, but we did appreciate the host's responsiveness!

Christmas in Paradise

Lovely property and nicely appointed condo! Nice space, comfy couch and beds. Kitchen had everything we needed and more! Totally enjoyed the hot tubs and hammocks!

Needs to be cleaned

We have always enjoyed our stays at the Legacy Villas. Surrounding mountains and nice amenities of the well kept grounds have us coming back. This particular unit was on first floor which made it convenient for our little dog to go outside. Neal was very responsive to questions through email and phone calls. He provided lots of detailed explanation of the overall function of the unit and rules to follow. The layout was great and what we come to expect there. Unfortunately I must say that the carpets and floors need a good steam cleaning as they were a bit dingy and we had to keep our shoes and slippers on. The couch in the living room could also be cleaned and we found thick dust on the ceiling fan in the master bedroom. I am not considered a “clean freak” but do expect to find a vacation home a bit more tidy. If those key points get the attention they need then I’m sure it will get much higher ratings. I’m not one who likes to write negative comments but I hope this will be found helpful on both sides.

Great property!

The property is great although unseasonably cold weather made us miss out on the pool. The condo is very comfortable and all the equipment, especially electronics is excellent. We wished there was better food preparation and cooking hardware . Mugs and breakfast bowls were in short supply. Maybe most renters eat all their meals out, but we cooked most meals. One other point worth mentioning is the absence of recycling. Although the documentation says it is available, we could not locate any recycle bins. The regular bins were full of paper, glass and plastic bottles that everyone else trashed.

Lovely vacation getaway

We came down to Palm Springs for the first time this year and brought some friends with us. We also had a couple from San Diego join us. The Legacy getaway was exactly what we were all looking for. The unit was great -a home away from home. We didn't have any needs that weren't met. The kitchen was well equipped and the unit accommodated three couples beautifully. We loved being on the ground floor as the exquisitely manicured surrounding area was right outside the door. Loved the design of the property with different pools for every day of the week! We made day trips all over the area and found as much to do locally as in Palm Springs. Neal, the owner of the unit was wonderfully accommodating and helpful. This is a vacation spot we will definitely return to.

Great property; perfect for kids
