Great House w/Pool in LaQuinta

The house was perfect for our stay. Great location, back yard pool w/hot tub, main br with king bed plus 2 more BR and another full bath. Would stay again if coming back to this area!

Pool Heaven

This is our 6th stay here. Needless to say we loved it. The pool was the best part. we were in the water from 7am to 7pm with short breaks to eat, etc. Dwight was a delight as always. You cant miss wwith this house if you love the pool

Great location

Loved staying in La Quinta - close to Old Town, shopping, golf courses. Lots of choices for grocery stores and restaurants. House was perfect size for two couples. Would stay here again.

Glorious Retreat

Our arrivae was seamless and accommodations were immaculate. The caretaker was very helpful and friendly.

Excellent stay

As advertised, beautiful, convenient. Good neighborhood. Close to everything we needed. Dwight was in contact before our stay and very helpful. The pool and spa are wonderful and we enjoyed them daily. Thanks for sharing this beautiful home!

Great for the whole family

Dwight & Clarissa, the property managers were extremely helpful. We very much appreciated their attentiveness. The pool is great for kids with two shallow ends.

Great stay near many attractions

The property was exactly like listed. The arrival basket was a welcome treat and we were able to grab some snacks while we explired the area. The master bed is very comfortable and we slept well during our stay. Conveniently located off a main street but far enough away from theain drag to have a quiet stay.

Perfect for quiet getaway

Overall, house was clean and just like it was described. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood, but still so close to many stores and restaurants. The pool was heated, which was a biggie for us as we have young kids who love their pool time.

Meeting up with parents

We were meeting up with our parents who were driving in from Montana with their dog. This was the perfect place to meet. Far enough outside the city so they didn't have to deal with traffic. The pool and hot tub were great. The place was spacious and comfortable for everyone. I would definitely recommend.

a convenient place

We found the house clean and comfortable and well-equipped. Beds were comfortable. The living room is very spacious; great for entertaining, especially with the pool righ there. We had some difficulty with programming the pool and spa heat, but the host representative was at the ready and helpful. And the kids loved the PAcman game that was there.

This was our 6th stay here. We love the pool and quiet neighborhood. the house has been updated since our last stay. The pool and spa controls are greatly improved, as are both tub and showers. Dwight was a great help as usual

Perfect Desert Oasis

My husband and I had a wonderful stay for our anniversary. The house is beautifully kept and has all the amenities we needed for the week. There are tons of brochures suggesting things to do in and around La Quinta. Dwight was also a wealth of knowledge of the “what to do” while we were there. Special shout out to Dwight for being extra attentive when we thought we had a minor issue (turns out we didn’t)! We utilized the pool/hot tub daily while also being close enough to plan day trips for hiking, sight seeing, exploring Joshua Tree National Park, and even playing some pickleball at the local park. We couldn’t believe the value for the quality of our accommodations and care. If we are ever back to this part of the country, we would absolutely stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay!

Pool is great size for families and had pool toys. House was clean. Loved how when we walked in the tvs were on playing music, it smelled good and nice welcome package with treats/wine on kitchen counter. Nice touch! Only real complaint worth mentioning is the outlets in bathroom didn’t work for our blow dryer. They worked for curling iron/razor but not for blow dryer. Had to blow dry in living room. Location is convenient to everything. Dwight was very responsive. Thank you!

Great pool

Great pool, lots of pool floaty options, really nice outdoor sitting area. My only complaint is they had a big laminated sign to tell you when to take trash out to curb but no note on when the pool guy or gardener was coming. Twice we were surprised by random guys showing up in the backyard and having to move to inside while they were there. As female rentals - random guys all of a sudden showing up in not acceptable.

Perfect house for a relaxed vacation

We had a great experience in this house. It was spotless and well stocked with everything from extra towels to paper plates, shampoo, conditioner and shower soap and anything else we could think of. Dwight, the manager, went above and beyond in being communicative and responsive to questions or issues before and during our stay. We loved the roomy living room with the reclining couch seats. The beds were comfy, and blackout blinds ensured peaceful sleep. However the highlight and jewel of this property is the pool and spa. The pool is really big, and the spa is just amazing. This property is especially appropriate for families with small children. We chose this house because it has a fence separating the outside sitting area and the pool. This allowed our toddler to be able to run around freely outside as long as the gate to the pool was closed. This safety feature gave me the peace of mind I needed to be able to relax and not worry or have to watch my toddler 24/7 for fear of falling in the pool. We will definitely be back- thank you for an amazing and relaxing break.

Pool needs a ton of work, dirty, mosquito infestation issue/ants flying in pool, no pool person cleaning it, it was clear that the owner doesn't have a bug man anymore, you must have a bug man when you own a pool, we got eaten up by the bugs, I had to buy 4 citronella candles have them burn and we had to leave pool by 5PM because of the bugs, they will feed off you. Washer/dryer very old. The washer broke while trying to wash towels to have fresh ones after using them for 3 days. Will not return nor recommend. Disappointed, this was our 2nd time renting this house and our 1st time was great, but no longer the case.

A nice little home away from home!

We enjoyed our 5 night stay at this home in beautiful La Quinta. Dwight, the property manager, was both welcoming and helpful! The house was generally clean, in good enough condition, and well-stocked with most essentials. The complimentary bottle of wine, chips, and coffee pods were a very nice touch. The king bed is quite comfortable. The queen bed a little too firm for us, but not terrible. The 2 twin beds are fine for kids. There are games, books, a chess table, and other fun additions to the house. There are TVs in master bedroom and living room. The outdoor furniture is wonderful (just very dusty). There is super comfortable seating in the covered area, if you want shade. Plus, there is comfortable seating near the pool and spa, if you want to soak up the sun. I'm glad that the heating costs for the pool and spa are included in the rental price, rather than additional charges like it is with some properties. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet with beautiful mountain views. The location is close to stores, restaurants, and major roads. We made a few suggestions in private to the property owner to improve the house and guest experience, but we'd be very happy to stay here again, especially for the price that we paid (reasonable compared to many other properties).
