Great location. Property is well outfitted with what you need to make it feel like home. Although we had very little need to contact the host, when we did she was very responsive. I would stay here again if the opportunity arises.

Enjoyed how open, light and the view out back. Well furnished with equipment and supplies. Easy access to PGA West and Old Town La Quinta. Will consider renting again next season.

Amazing Stay

The home was everything described and more! Our hosts made it clear that they were available if we needed anything, but the property was so thoughtfully stocked and prepared for guests that we needed nothing! Gorgeous views, beautiful quiet neighborhood and extremely friendly and helpful security gate. We can’t wait to visit again!

Lovely and welcoming

The home was spacious and as depicted. The pool and patio area was beautiful and inviting. If you like outdoor cooking the grill is terrific. The view of the golf course and mountains was gorgeous. The neighborhood is serene and friendly. Lots of areas for walking. The house was well supplied with sheets, towels, cooking utensils and supplies, cutlery and dishes. The property owners are very responsive and easy to communicate with. All in all, a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the beautiful area. We look forward to returning next year. Thank you.

We enjoyed a restful time with our little one. Denise was very quick to respond if we had any questions, and we had a blast! The pool was perfect for our 7 month old, and it was very close to the Desert International Horse Park.

The Nicest House on the Block.

This home in PGA west is nothing short of impressive. Inside and out there isn't a thing that the extremely nice host Denise has not thought of. She has made sure that any guest of hers is going to have a great time during their stay. The kitchen is stocked with everything needed to cook nice meals and features nice utensils and flat-wear as well. I booked it for my wife's 35th birthday party and she couldn't have been more happy with her weekend with our family. We had a wonderful experience and are already looking forward to our next relaxing getaway in la quinta. Our level of satisfaction is with this property and the host of it is off the charts. Thank You Denise!

Very nice experience

Denise is the kindness nicest person to work with. We were escaping the wildfires and smoke in Northern California and she was so understanding and prompt. Her assistance was noteworthy. The house was COVID clean and the sky was blue. I cannot help to think with all the Pandemic, Fires, and uncertainties that we keep hearing about a "New Normal" is coming. I feel good that "New Normal" is here, and it includes compassionate conscious people like Denise, who behave intuitively to positively support others. Thank you. Denise, you bring such hope to our future. I would stay here again. It was hot this time of the year outside, yet, inside the ac worked very well and it was a magical gentle reprieve from the chaos that is insisting we all change. Denise is the example to follow and if we could all be as thoughtful and kind as she is, we would all shift into betterment fast.

Wonderful place to unwind during these crazy uncertain times. The pool was great and the beds were outstanding. Big TVs everywhere and everything you need are in the cabinets.

Private Golf Course Luxury Home

The house is fabulous - tastefully decorated, finely appointed, extremely comfortable - first class. It is located on the Nicklaus Private golf course, so the views are beautiful. And the pool, spa, fire pit, outdoor sitting area and outdoor dining area make the home as nice outside as in. Also can't say enough nice things about the owners - Denise and Dino are great. They are so gracious and accommodating - they go out of their way to make you feel like their home is your home.

Modern, Clean and

We arrived at Merion on Dec 27 from cold and freezing Canada. What a warm and welcoming home this is. Everything was clean, tidy and ready for us to enjoy. We had asked for the plunge pool to be heated which it was and we all enjoyed a dip. Denise, owner, is very organized and had a guest book with instructions on how to use everything including tv, spa, fireplace and included an inventory of all items. Very clear concise. The kitchen was well appointed and had inventory photos on the inside of every cabinet. Some might feel this is overkill but it does assist you in locating things quickly and for putting them back after each use. Generally the home had a number of positives: It has an open layout is minimally but nicely furnished and a great view to the north of the mountains. It was fully equipped with everything you would need in the kitchen, etc and pleasantly uncluttered. The yard was also nice and we particularly enjoyed the saline spa, pool and fire pit which were enjoyed immensely. Not all homes in PGA have pools or gas fireplaces. We were there in the winter and so , with an orientation to the north there was limited sunshine in the afternoon on the yard. There are a few opportunities for improvement or inclusion: A set of bicycles would be a nice addition for enjoying the neighbourhood. When we arrived the hot water was not working (not heating water). We contacted Denise who was able to get someone into the property within a day or so and was able to get it working. However, the hot water system was very slow to heat the water to the kitchen and master bath , in particular, for some reason and we had to run water for a good few minutes to heat it up. Owner was advised. Some of the exterior furniture cushions were in bad condition (stains and damaged cushions) and should be replaced; The bed linen and comforters were clean but, for the price of the rental, could be of better quality. Pool heat- this is an extra cost for some reason. Again, for the cost- have it included or at least have the tenants have some control over the ability manage it themselves. Unfortunately our visit ended with a misunderstanding over a holdback from the owner due to "missing" pool towels ( that their cleaner found the next day) and “stains on ALL the sheets” which turned out to be one set that washed out. This was sorted out but because of the way it was handled left us with a sour taste and therefore we will not rent this property again

Fantastic Home

This house is fantastic and I would highly recommend it. The owners were easy to deal with and offered to help with anything during our stay. The house is comfortable and all necessary amenities are provided . The outside has great views of the golf course and mountains and the pool and Jacuzzi are wonderful.

Great Home

We had a very enjoyable holiday weekend. House worked perfect for us! Kids loved watching the golfers while swimming in the pool or eating dinner outside. House was clean and ready for us when we got there. Denise was fabulous and enjoyable to talk with. She made travel very easy and said exactly what to expect when we got to the home. If you are looking for a getaway around a pool or golf weekend, this house is perfect for you. Will be returning in the future if it's available!
