The house is wonderful. Our family each had our own space but could come together in the common areas- living room, kitchen and dining room, spa and pool and the outside fireplace. The location was great. Right near the Bear Creek trail, we walked every day. We had so much planned but everyone wanted to hang out at the house. I loved the decor. There were so many paintings sculptures and Knick knacks. Dave and Beatrice were so helpful and responsive. We will definitely be back.

Great location close to trails, the host was helpful and responsive, the house is comfortable and well equipped, and the pool and spa was a hit with the kids. Would happily stay here again when we return to the Palm Springs area.

wonderful property

This was our third stay - we love this home with its cheerful artwork, indoor/outdoor living layout and spectacular mountain views. We're a family of five with diverse work/study needs and the house provides appropriate space for everyone. The proximity to the trails for running/hiking and to the La Quinta Resort for tennis and golf is wonderful. Highly recommend!

Perfect stay for our group

It was a joy to stay here during Coachella! Beatrice was very communicative and helpful throughout the entire stay, and we could fit 7 very easily. The location is excellent, and the home itself is charming.

Stagecoach, great location

This was a comfortable home, pool & jacuzzi. It was a close enough location to Stagecoach and it housed the 7 adults with plenty of space.it lived up to its hype. Only negative, too large of a deposit for my record with vrbo and slow return schedule.

Chic Desert Themed Home

This was the perfect place to stay in La Quinta. My friends and I were here for Coachella weekend and the property was perfect - clean, chic, and straightforward. Check in process was easy and Beatrice was such a helpful host! The outdoor space is HUGE and so perfect for lounging and BBQing. I don't think there could've been a better place for us to stay!

Happy vibes!

We just returned from our second stay at this property and enjoyed it every bit as much as our first time! The location is fantastic - close to golf, tennis and restaurants yet right up against the mountains and near walking paths and a major trailhead. The fun and eclectic decor make it a pleasant place to gather at the end of an active day. We are already looking forward to returning next year!

Family golf getaway

The home is in a perfect location for activity access to great hiking trails, golf courses, and restaurants. The neighborhood is quite and the Mountain View’s stunning. Kitchen is well stocked and easily accommodates multiple “cooks”. The main indoor gathering area is a bit tight, although plenty of space in the private outdoor areas. The WiFi connection was a bit sporadic. Hosts were very responsive to any issues encountered during our stay.

Beautiful Home in a Wonderful Neighborhood!

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home with 3 generations ranging in age from 17 to 75. It is in a great neighborhood that we loved walking around, especially in the evenings. The pool, hot tub and outdoor areas are are very enjoyable, especially after a long day of hiking and sightseeing. We all loved the artwork throughout the house. The kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms are all well stocked to meet all of your needs. The host was extremely easy to work with. It truly felt like a home away from home.

We had a wonderful time! This home has an authentic desert vibe, accommodated our family perfectly, was relaxing and close to the nearby wedding venue we were there to attend. Hiked up the mountain right outside. We loved the covered patio, and poolside/hot tub area.

Exceptional property!

Our family has taken a vacation to the desert every spring for nearly 30 years - before kids, with infants and toddlers, with little kids and now with teenagers and young adults. We know and love the area but had never stayed in La Quinta Cove before. It's a lovely neighborhood and the house is simply wonderful. It's well equipped and the super fun collection of southwestern themed artwork completes the experience. Beatrice was excellent at communicating everything we needed to know about renting the property and available to answer any questions. We loved taking early morning jogs/walks on the very nearby paved trail, then playing tennis at the beautiful La Quinta resort a mere two miles away. If you are a golfer there is no shortage of nearby options. Our favorite part was family time in the gorgeous outdoor living area with a variety of fabulous views in every direction. This is truly an exceptional house and our gang agrees that we had one of the best vacations ever here!

FANTASTIC HOME

What a lovely home...simply amazing!! We really enjoyed everything...especially the outside patio area along with the pool and jacuzzi. There were 6 of us and we really had plenty of room. The La Quinta Cove Oasis

This place is absolutely magical. Every detail and need is considered. The property is private, quiet, well maintained, and super clean. The decor inside and outside is flawless, comfortable, and fun. Yes, fun! The pool/spa is heaven and views of the Santa Rosa mountains — breathtaking. Walking distance to trails. Old Town La Quinta minutes away (driving), but you can bike, too. Beatrice and David are super hosts — responsive, accommodating, awesome. We can’t wait to visit again. Highly recommend!

Beautiful and Peaceful

This house was perfect! The neighborhood was very quiet, close to downtown La Quinta, and close to a walking trail and local hiking trail. We hiked, ran, relaxed and ate tasty food in town. The pool and spa on the property kept us happy and relaxed. We did run into issues using the pool and spa app, so make sure to touch base with the manager so that you receive proper instructions (the directions don’t match what you see when you download the app). Regardless, the manager was patient and helpful. The house was very clean and spacious. Our stay was close to perfect. I highly recommend this home.

Completely exceeded our expectations!

We have been fortunate enough to have stayed at some of the most iconic properties in the Palm Springs area. This was a fairly last minute decision and our choices were very limited. While this is house is not opulent or grandiose, it’s charm is undeniable. The maintenance is impeccable, and we absolutely fell on love with La Quinta. Beatrice could not have been more pleasant to deal with and everything was simply perfect. We were pleasantly surprised with La Brassiere French bistro close by. The food and the service was outstanding. If you are a wine snob like us I advise you to bring your own personal favorite. I overwhelmingly recommend this property!!!

This house is absolutely perfect for a family! It’s cozy, beautifully furnished, fabulous outdoor living area with a pool and spa, everything you could possibly imagine! Wonderful Time

We had a wonderful time staying at Beatrice’s home. She was easy to communicate with and everything was in great shape. My wife and kids had a great time in the pool, and the hosts quickly and kindly helped me resolve an issue I was having with the app that runs the hot tub. This was our first trip to La Quinta, which is a beautiful, quaint area just south of Palm Springs. We enjoyed it a great deal, I will definitely be coming back.
