Everything was perfect

Very big house, very clean and nice, we were 5 couples and its awesome every couple has privacy with their own room with bathroom. We sidnt use the pool but it looks great. The hosts were very kind. The zone is beautiful and calm, close to restaurants and coachella. I strongly recommend this place.

Great location in a quiet neighborhood! We were impressed by how beautifully decorated it was! The view from the yard is absolutely stunning (the palm trees and mountains are incredible). The kitchen and living room are very big, suitable for our larger traveling group. We were surprised to find some candy, coozies, and hats left as complimentary gifts for us. That was so nice! The beds were comfortable enough, and we really loved having a ping pong table in the garage. Seeing the board games available for my teens was also a really nice touch.The pool area is wonderful. We wanted a heated pool but opted out due to the 150/day price tag. We were happy that the weather was warm enough that the chilly pool was fine to cool off in after bouts of using the hot tub. The hot tub was a little tricky to figure out, but we got it eventually. The location is great and close to downtown La Quinta, which is such a wonderful area to walk around.One heads-up for future guests is the maintenance on locks and appliances. We couldn't make popcorn because neither microwave worked. One displayed a "Door" error message and the other sounded like something was trying to break out of the box. We also had trouble getting the lock on the gate to work and couldn't unlock it from the outside. The front door lock is also tricky with the keys (hint: turn the key all the way to the right, then turn it all the way to the right to unlock. Overall, a perfect place for our two families to stay!

We really enjoyed this property for our family vacation! Check-in was easy and the owners were very quick to respond to any questions we had.A big highlight for us (other than the pool & amazing yard space) was the spacious bedrooms! 4 out of the 5 bedrooms had en suite bathrooms, which was a big plus for all the adult couples we had.

Big and Roomy house

We were there for my birthday weekend with 2 other couples.The house was a described. It was spacious and had lot of living area to spread out. Each room had it's own bathroom which was a plus. We enjoyed hanging outside laying out by the pool and spa. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. The location was amazing and only 4 minutes to downtown La Quinta and all the restaurants. We would definitely book another stay in the future..

Firefly Stay

We were there for a gals golf trip. Location of house was great! Everyone had their own bedroom and house is large enough for private space, if wanted. There were a couple of things the house should improve which I communicated to them: the refrigerator was slow to get cold and should be replaced and the kitchen faucet also needs to be replaced. There was a TV in the living room and the master bedroom but not in the other rooms, which was not a big deal. Also, Kleenex was not provided in the bathrooms which, in my opinion, should have been provided. Would have been nice to know that the landscapers would show up Wednesday morning at 8am. Good thing we were fully clothed! A nice enhancement would be to add magnifying mirrors in the bathrooms for us ladies who don’t have the greatest eyesight anymore 😬. All in all, we would definitely stay there again next year as this will become an annual golf trip!

It worked out well for 5 women. 4 of us had rooms with bathrooms. Location is good (close to town and access to restaurants) but there is road noise. We had challenges getting into the property but they did respond and get us help.

Review of July 2023 Stay

It is a well kept property in a nice neighborhood and close to La Quinta town center area, which is nice. We liked the house in terms of the pool and backyard and kitchen, and had a lot of fun with the kids and hanging out. Overall we enjoyed it and it got the job done. Honest feedback #1 is the random dirty old limousine in the garage with the front hood sticking up is a bit odd... and #2 the beds - they were not comfortable at all (very soft and seemingly poor quality mattresses). Would recommend this place to friends but with transparent views about the beds. Might be worth looking into mattress replacements to really make this a solid 5 star type stay. But location, pool and backyard were all phenomenal, as was the clear direction from the hosts and nice recommendations for area restaurants, etc.

Incredible ! Surpassed our expectations!

Our group of nine stayed the weekend to celebrate my birthday and it was the best weekend we’ve had in recent history! Gorgeous house, hot tub, and pool. There was some confusion regarding the heat but before our reservation they confirmed with us that the hot tub heat is complimentary and the pool heat is extra. Overall, a five star experience! We plan to book again very soon!

Perfect for families!

I absolutely loved our stay at this property. It is a great spot for children as it is on a very quiet street in the back of the neighborhood. It is all one floor, which makes it very helpful for the children and all of the doors locked very well. There were three pack and plays there, which was incredible because that is such a hard piece of furniture to travel with. There was also really good visibility in the backyard, which has a pool and a Jacuzzi which can be dangerous for kids. But we brought additional door locks and always had an eye in the backyard. The day we got there the Jacuzzi was a little bit cool and they had somebody come out within 20 minutes to raise the temperature. We will definitely book this property again.

We were so happy with this rental. It is a great family home with enough space for everyone. We honestly couldn't have asked for anything more and we will definitely rent this house again. Great house!

Our stay was wonderful. We have stayed at this house multiple times and each time it has been great. The beds and amenities are great! The only complaint would be the hot tub. Both times we have stayed here the hot tub was barely hot.
